Nice apartment, needs small things to be excelent

We liked a quite new apartment. It's in good location (20+min from center), but the area was quite nice, not to noisy. It had all the things you need for a good stay.

The only downside, was the towels and sheets smelt of moist (they where clean, but I presume they where washed and not dried properly before stored away (this can be improved). The breakfast was actually left in the fridge, but was basic that's why the rating isn't higher.

Good accommodation for the price

New, comfortable, renovated and clean apartment. The host Elio is excellent and helpful. The bus stop is 2 minutes away from the apartment. Excellent WiFi and air conditioning.

Maybe it would be good if there more dishes in the kitchen.

Very nice and pleasant stay!

Very nice and new apartment with everything that we needed! It was very quiet at night. The room was dark and cooled (airco), so we slept very good. Breakfast was at 2 min walking distance from the apartment. Great coffees and nice croissants! And even in the evening, the menu was very satisfying. We had a great stay!

Appartamento comodissimo all’ospedale Piccole Figlie, motivo per cui ho prenotato qui. Anche il centro storico di Parma è comunque raggiungibile in pochi minuti in macchina. La struttura ha tutte le comodità e comfort necessari a soggiorno. Ben disposto , pulito e con buoni spazi ampi

Nulla tutto a posto , unico consiglio aggiungere un attaccapanni ed un gancio in bagno ed è perfetto
