Great place to stay

We really liked location a bit outside the busy city area. Very easy access by car and parking spaces available. Also good soundproof in the rooms. Staff extremely helpful - we had a small issue and it's been solved in 5 mins without any hassle. Great stay overall

Maybe was a bit strange to have 2 single duvets for the couple stay. We would like just 1 double.

excellent service

I accidentally booked my stay until 21 Oct instead of 22 Oct without knowing. Another guest was arriving on the 21st, so I could not prolong my stay. They were so nice to pack my stuff and order all my stuff for me because I wasn’t in at the moment and even went so far to clean my shaker. Because I thought I had one more day, I left the room quite messy and they made no problem out of this and still provided the most excellent (and additional) service. Simply exceptional, thank you.

Lovely apartments in quiet area. Very clean and welcoming. Really nice to have a balcony and kitchenette in my apartment (incl fridge, sink, microwave, 2 hobs.)

Getting to the house by public transport is easy, but getting back into central Hamburg is a little trickier (only Westbound buses stop by the house - took me a while to realise!)

Superb

Very friendly and pleasant accommodating. Comfortable, neat and well equiped apartment with all one needs for short stay. Quiet and so green neighborhood. Located on outskirt of Hamburg but with very easy and quick access to the city, by car or U-bahn (with short walk). Super for parking and close to the grocery. We loved it and will be happy to return if around.

Parkplatz vor der Haustür Großzügige Zimmer

Unterschiedliche Code-Eingaben für Haustür und Zimmertür. Das wiederholte öffnen der Haustür erfordert die Eingabe des per E-Mail zugesandten Öffnungs-Codes (wenn man ihn noch hat). Das öffnen der Haustür mit dem "Zimmer-Chip" wäre komfortabler.

Terrasse, Blick auf einen schönen Garten, ruhige Lage, gute Verkehrsanbindung – alles ist gut.

Obwohl die Bundesstrasse 5 ist in der Nähe, der Verkehrslärm ist sehr gering (zumindest in unserem Apartment Nr. 6)

Laminatfußboden anstatt Teppichboden wäre besser gewesen.

enge räumliche Verhältnisse, große Menschen stoßen sich den Kopf an ungünstig stehender Schrankkante Handtücher müffelten, als ob nicht richtig gewaschen Bettüberzug zu kurz für Bettdecke

Leider nicht nochmal

Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.

Das Zimmer war für ein Appartment sehr klein, zu klein. Das Zimmer hat sehr muffig gerochen. Bei genauerem Hinsehen war auch Schimmel an den Wänden. Die wie in der Anzeige beschriebene Sitzmöglichkeit, war ein sehr kleiner Tresen, auf den 2 kleine Teller passten, und zwei Barhocker, welche schon beim Anschauen fast zusammenbrachen. Insgesamt war das Zimmer mit sehr viel Stil und Liebe eingerichtet, aber alles war schon in die Jahre gekommen und schmuddelig. Die Teppiche und Wände hatten Flecken, Scheiben sowie Duschamaturen waren kaputt und der Rauchmelder fehlte. Der Flachbildfernseher hatte mit Gut Glück 24 Zoll und war vermutlich schon eine Antiquität. Die Küche hatte alle Ausstattungsmöbel wie beschrieben, jedoch war das Geschirr in den Schränken nur so gut abgewaschen, wie es der Vorgänger hinterlassen hat. Auch das Schlafen nachts war nicht ganz einfach, erst fahren bis spät in der Nacht Autos vom Hinterhaus direkt an den Fenstern vorbei, dann steht man im Bett sobald andere Gäste ganz vorne zur Tür rein kommen und darüber hinaus hört man die ganze Nacht die LKWs und Autos auf der Bundesstraße, welche sich direkt hinter der Pension befindet. Für 20 Euro mehr die Nacht hätte ich ein Zimmer direkt in Hamburg City bekommen und hätte nicht über eine Stunde mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln dort hin fahren müssen. Ich bin leider sehr enttäuscht gewesen und kann leider außer die Freundlichkeit der Gastgeber nichts loben.

Drei schöne Tage

Sehr schön für einen Kurzurlaub. Hamburg Centrum ist mit dem Rad gut zu erreichen.Fast überall Radwege,auch in der Stadt.Haben sehr viel gesehen. Hier in der Wohnung sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter.

Sowohl für einen Kurztripp als auch längeren Urlaub definitiv geegnet.

Sehr ruhige Lage, im Grünen. Das Appartment war groß und geräumig, sehr sauber. Die/der Vermieter zuvorkommend, freundlich und jederzeit hilfsbereit. Man fühlte sich schon ein bisschen wie zu Hause.

Besser machen konnte man von der Unterkunft her nichts. Für die Fahrt ins Zentrum muss man etwas Zeit mitbringen. Aber das dürfte im Urlaub kein Problem sein.

Hat alles gut geklappt - schönes, sauberes und ruhiges Appartment. Klein, aber praktisch und mit dem notwendigsten ausgestattet. Durch die geschmackvolle Einrichtung ein Platz zum wohlfühlen. Die Kommunikation mit Fam. Günther war ausgezeichnet und es wurde immer sehr schnell geantwortet bzw. gehandelt. Vielen herzlichen Dank für die tolle Betreuung und den schönen Aufenthalt - wir haben uns dort sehe wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit gerne wieder...🙂

Ich habe mich rundum wohl gefühlt und war sehr zufrieden.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt im Appartement mit Balkon und Sicht auf den Garten und hohe Bäume. War sehr geräumig für mich alleine. Würde dieses Appartement wieder buchen.

Ich sollte zuerst ein anderes Appartement bekommen, unten. Ich hatte jedoch eins oben mit Balkon bestellt. Nach kurzer Rücksprache war dann zum Glück genau das frei, was ich gern wollte. Das hat dann alles wieder gut gemacht.

Tolle, saubere Apartments mit Balkon mit guter Lage

Das Apartment ist schön eingerichtet und geräumig. Viele Apartments verfügen zudem über einen Balkon. Das Bad und die Dusche ist ebenfalls ausladend und komfortabel. Alles war, wie bei jedem unserer Besuche, sehr sauber und der Kontakt zu den Betreibern steht’s freundlich und hilfreich ☺️
