Limpio y ordenado, el acceso fue genial, fui sin vehículo pero aún el mismo domingo había transporte.

Había un poco de olor a humedad, sobre todo en la ropa de baño y cama pero por todo lo demás muy bien 🙏

Zimmer gut; kleine Küche war ausreichend und gut bestückt. W-Lan war Super. Heizung und Warmwasser funktionierten. Parkplatz direkt vor der Tür.

Gibt nix zu meckern.

The apartment is conveniently located near Hamburg city center, and the interior is spacious, making it perfect for a family. Most everything was clean and well organized.

The apartment overall needs better humidity control. It seems there have been ongoing moisture issues, as all the windows were recently replaced. However, I was shocked by the strong smell of mold in the bathroom. The smell inside the shower booth is particularly severe, and there are visible mold spots in several places. This is a serious issue that definitely needs to be addressed. As many others have mentioned, the parking space is very tight. It is quite difficult to park anything other than a compact car.

Der Kontakt war sehr freundlich und unkompliziert .

Leider war die Spülmaschine defekt und der Handtuchhalter im Bad abmontiert. Auch die Parkplatz Situation war schwierig , da das Haus in einer sehr engen Sackgasse ohne Wendemöglichkeit liegt.
