konum çok iyiydi. otobüs durakları ve U Bahn birkaç metrelik mesafedeydi.marketlerde çok yakındı.Aldi ve Lidl .ayrıca giriş katta ve balkonlu olması bir avantajdı.

Die Sauberkeit im Bad war nicht gut.Unter dem Unterschrank des Waschbeckens war es sehr dreckig. Im Flur fehlte an einer Stelle handgroß der Putz.

la douche pas pratique, l'éclairage de la salle de bain qui est une simple ampoule accrochée à un fil d'électricité recouverte de poussière. Les murs du hall d'entrée fissurés
