Meget svært at finde døren til lejligheden. Nøgleboks og opgangen er fint nok. Så svært at holde varmen, trods alle radiator er på Max. SÅ BESKIDT. på alle flader, gulvene, panelerne har ikke rengørt mange år. Alle håndtag og greb er helt snavset. Køkkenet er meget mangelfuld. Lejligheden er i generelt meget dårlig stand. Hulle i vægge, dårlig gulve, og en bruseniche som man har ikke lyst til at bruge Meget spindelvæv og edderkopper. M.m.

Die Lage ist für den Stadtteil gut.

NICHT FÜR MEHRERE TAGE ZU EMPFRHLEN. In dieser Wohnung kann man sich nicht vorfühlen, weil sie viel zu viele bauliche Mängel hat. Die Aufteilung dieser Wohnung ist schlecht. Geschirr und Gläser für die Anzahl der angegebenen Personen viel zu wenig - es ist noch nicht einmal eine Haushaltsschere oder ein Flaschenöffner vorhanden. Nicht einmal ein kleines Radio ist vorhanden - TV schon gar nicht. Die Küche mit diesen unbequemen Stühlen und diesem langen, schmalen Tisch - total daneben. Handtücher mussten wir uns alleine aus den Schränken zusammensuchen - ein Geschirrhandtuch war überhaupt nicht vorhanden. Es ist weder eine Garderobe oder wenigstens Nägel in der Wand um seine Jacke bzw. Mantel aufzuhängen vorhanden. Im Badezimmer ist die Heizung total runtergerockt und es gibt viel zu wenig Abstellflächen für Duschgel etc.

Sehr gute Lage zu öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Schneller Kontakt zum Vermieter für den Code zum Schlüssel. Ruhige Lage und netter Balkon. Grundausstattung ist vorhanden. Für ein paar Tage Hamburg ideal.

Sauberkeit im Badezimmer ist negativ aufgefallen. Mit etwas Glück findet man einen kostenlosen Parkplatz in der Nähe.

Die Lage war wunderbar. War sehr ruhig und in der näche von Verkehrsmittel. Wir fühlten wie Zuhause!

Sauberkeit war nicht in zufriedenstellend. Boden soll noch ein bisschen sauber, ich meine die Bodenleisten, Badezimmer auch Boden war nicht so sauber. Trotzdem wurde ich gern wieder kommen!

Die Silberfische im Schlafzimmer und in der Küche, quitschendes Bett und quietschende, verklemmende Türen. Schlafzimmer nicht abschließbar. Waschmaschine vorhanden, jedoch ohne Wäscheständer

Lage war sehr ruhig und direkt an der U-BAHN. Kostenlose Parkplätze vor der Haustür.

Kein TV, kein Wäscheständer, keine Ablagemöglichkeit im Bad, keine Haken/ Garderobe, Geschirr genau abgezählt für 5 Personen. Türen und Dielen sehr laut.

Sehr gute Lage, erstaunlich ruhig nachts, Gute Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel, Parkmöglichkeit direkt vor dem Haus, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe

- Innentüren klemmen und knarren, keinerlei Haken im Flurbereich, Duschvorhang gewöhnungsbedürftig, Waschbecken im kleinen Bad läuft schwer ab - Geschirrspüler nicht brauchbar, kippt aus der Wand - mangelhafte Küchenausstattung, kein Geschirrtücher, keine Brotmaschine und auch kein brauchbares Messer - sehr kleiner Tisch für gemeinsame Mahlzeiten

Unerwartet anders aber dennoch schön.

Die Lage war für unsere Hunde top, viel Grünflächen drumherum und in der Nähe gelegen, ein Park zum Spazierengehen. U-Bahn Station direkt um die Ecke, Apotheke, Aldi, Bäckerei; alles fußläufig zu erreichen.

Wir hatten nicht richtig gelesen und ein Wohnzimmer erwarten, was mit 2 Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern angenehmer gewesen wäre. jedoch haben wir das beste aus der Situation gemacht und den Flur dazu umfunktioniert 😅 Tisch und Stühle waren dafür da. wenn man auf ein Wohnzimmer besteht, nicht geeignet. Kochutensilien sind zwar da, jedoch nur das nötigste, sollte man bei einer Buchung im Hinterkopf behalten. für uns hat es definitiv gereicht.

Zum Übernachten ausreichend

Lage war insofern gut, da sie in der Nähe der U-Bahn-Station war Betten waren bequem Kaffeemaschine incl. Kapseln standen zur Verfügung Balkon

Große Wohnung, aber ziemlich ungemütlich und an manchen Stellen etwas ramponiert, kein Fernseher (das nur zur Info), wir hätten keinen gebraucht, glücklicherweise hatten wir schönes Wetter, so dass wir nur zum Schlafen in der Unterkunft waren.

Großer Sanierungsstau in der Wohnung, abgeblätterte Farbe an der Heizung, Schmutz in den Ecken, nur für 4 Leute Geschirr und Besteck (obwohl wir zu fünft waren). Muffiger Geruch wurde von einem Dufterfrischer „verschlimmbessert“.

Ich würde die Unterkunft für Menschen empfehlen, die einen Übernachtungsplatz für mehr als 2 Personen suchen und preisbewusst sind. - gutes Preis Leistungsverhältnis für Hamburg - Man bekommt, was in der Beschreibung beschrieben und auf den Bilder zu sehen ist. - sehr gute Lage: U-Bahn um die Ecke, kurze Fahrt ins Zentrum - Ruhige Seitenstraße - wir fanden einen kostenfreier Parkplatz vor der Tür - gute Ausstattung der Küche mit Herd, Mikrowelle, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine usw. - kontaktlose, einfache Schlüsselübergabe - Die Bilder in der Beschreibung entsprechen der Realität - sehr einfache, aber moderne Ausstattung

Ich würde die Unterkunft nicht für einen längeren Aufenthalt als Paar oder Familie empfehlen, da ich es zu ungemütlich finde. - ungemütlich eingerichtet - teilweise ist der Putz an einigen Stellen der Wand (vor allem im Flur) abgebröckelt. - Im Bad bröckelt die Farbe von der Heizung - Im Bad hängt nur eine Glühbirne und keine Lampe an der Decke - Altbautüren lassen sich nicht leise öffnen und schließen
