Wonderful apartment near Hamburg

This apartment was exactly what we needed for our stay just outside of Hamburg. Our daughter was having surgery at the hospital in Reinbek, and we stayed in the apartment with her partner. It is ENORMOUS, and it is laid out very well, with an open kitchen/eating/living room area. The kitchen is well-stocked with dishes, silverware, plates, pots, pans, etc. There is a large refrigerator (for European standards and for any traveler) with a good-sized freezer. The stove has 4 burners and an oven. Since this wasn’t exactly a vacation for us, it was wonderful to have the ability to cook for ourselves instead of spending time and money in restaurants. All communication with the owner was super fast and clear. Across the street is a shopping area with at least 4 bakeries. Up the street is a huge Edeka with everything you could want, including “bio” options and an entire gluten-free section. The best thing is that there is an outdoor market (a Wochenmarkt) twice a week on Wednesdays and Saturdays with numerous vegetable, fish, meat, cheese, honey, and flower vendors. If you don’t have a car but need to get to the hospital in Reinbek, there is a bus (20-minute ride) that stops 2 minutes away from both the apartment and the hospital. We had a car, but sometimes different people wanted to do different things at different times. It’s almost as if this apartment had been made for us.

Super Wohnung mit einigen Anregungen zur Verbesserung

Die Lage und Wohnung, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind super. Was fehlt ist eine Garderobe und Möglichkeiten ( Regale,Schränke) um Kleidung unterzubringen . Es gibt einen Schrank im Hauptschlafzimmer, aber es möchten ja nicht alle in dieses Zimmer müssen um frische Kleidung zu holen. Da die Zimmer klein sind,würden schon Regale reichen. Schön wäre auch,wenn man die Fenster in den zwei kleinen Schlafzimmer, zumindestens kippen oder wenn Kinder drin schlafen, abschließen könnte.Trotzdem war es ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt. Auch die Schlüsselübergabe ging reibungslos vonstatten. Es würde uns super erklärt wie wir Wohnung und Tiefgarage finden und das um kurz vor 22 Uhr bei Dunkelheit. Auch der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr gut. Vielen Danke

Außergewöhnliche Wohnung. Super geschnitten und ausgestattet. Jederzeit gern wieder

Die Lager der Wohnung ist exzelent. Es gibt einen Fahrstuhl um problemlos mit Einkäufen oder dem Gepäck zur Wohnung zu gelangen. Das Gebäude liegt etwas versteckt im Hintergrund, somit nicht direkt an der Straße. Aus allen Fenstern hat man eine sehr schöne Aussicht auf die umliegende Natur. Ich würde jeder Zeit wieder dort meinen Urlaub verbringen.

Ich war kurz iritiert, dass man ein Fenster nicht öffnen konnte. Doch nach kurzer Rücksprache mit dem Vermieter wurde mir versichert, dass dies aus Sicherheitsgründen so ist. Dies fand ich nachvollziehbar und super offen kommuniziert. Man kann ja einfach andere Fenster öffnen und so für eine gute Lüftung sorgen. Ich persönlich sehe hier also keinen Mangel.

Kurztrip

Die Lage ist prima, in der Nähe sind Restaurants und Supermärkte für die Selbstversorgung. Dir Anbindung zur Stadt Hamburg ist auch super. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet. Es gab sogar für die Tassimo verschiedene Kapseln. Die weiteren 2 Schlafzimmer haben Einzelbetten und sind klein und ohne Schrank, aber völlig ausreichend zum Schlafen. Auch die Parkmöglichkeit mit der Tiefgarage war super.

Es war alles prima....
