Dear guests,
if you want to live in a quiet, yet central area, you've come to the right place. The accommodation is in a relaxing, peaceful setting in the countryside and is fully equipped. It is newly renovated and has a modern bathroom with shower and toilet, underfloor heating in the entire apartment as well as tiles and curtains. The accommodation (46 m²) is a granny flat with separate entrance and sunny terrace. It has two bright rooms with an open kitchen. For your walks there is a beautiful park with lakes nearby. There are also good shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity.
The apartment is divided into a large living room with an open kitchen and a bedroom. The living area has a sofa bed and a 42 inch flat screen TV with satellite connection. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove with an oven, a dishwasher and a microwave.
The bedroom has a double bed (180x200) and a wardrobe. Modernized bathroom with window, shower with rain shower head. There is a washer dryer in the storage room. There is a bus stop a few meters in front of the apartment or 900m away is the nearest underground station.

Lovely place. Needed a bit more toilet paper, dishwasher tabs and dish liquid for a weeks stay but was lovely and clean. Beds very comfortable. Little patio was amazing.

Die Wohnung macht, auf den ersten Blick, einen guten Gesamteindruck. Ausgestattet mit allem was man so braucht, incl. aller benötigten Elektrogeräte in der Küche, Waschmaschine, Fön.
Das Bett ist bequem, die Bettdecken sehr warm! Der Duft, möglicherweise des Weichspülers oder was auch immer, ist zu extrem. Die ganze Wohnung riecht danach.
Zu bemängeln ist die Heizung (Fußboden) im WZ, Bad. Das Bad wird nicht wirklich warm, ein elektrischer Dunstabzug ist mehr als notwendig. Man bekommt die Feuchtigkeit nur mittels aufreißen des Fensters raus. In einem Raum der nicht wirklich vernünftig warm wird, denkbar ungünstig!
Ich kann mir nicht wirklich vorstellen, dass wir die ersten sind die das bemängelt haben.
Ein Garten ist vorhanden. Leider liegt die B5 direkt dahinter .... Parken kann man an der Straße. Öffentlicher Parkraum. Die Wohnung liegt sehr nah an einer Bushaltestelle. Von dort aus kommt man ganz einfach in die City.
