About this apartment rental
You can expect a 2018 newly furnished apartment with 52 sqm, 1 bedroom with double bed (180 X 200), 1 living room with box-spring sofa bed (160 X 200), 1 fully equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with bath and shower.
The apartment is located in the green east of the city of Hamburg, with the car you are in 15 minutes in the heart of the city with all its cultural offerings, good connection by bus and S-Bahn. Our apartment is located on a branch of the Elbe, the so-called Dove-Elbe, and is located near the water park Eichbaumsee. In the natural environment there is much to discover: cycling in the countryside, the nature reserve "The Equestrian" is just a stone's throw away and the Dove-Elbe invites you to swim, fishing and canoeing (canoe rental for a fee). In our house you can ideally combine nature experiences and cultural enjoyment.
Your hosts Gabriele Biederstädt-Boltz and Rüdiger Boltz will gladly assist you in your free time activities as proven connoisseurs of the music and theater scene as well as the natural beauties.
Free parking spaces at the house and W-LAN are available, on request, guests can order a breakfast basket. Drinks can be purchased by self-service at fair prices. Consumables such as toilet paper, filter bags, dishwashing detergents and the like. are of course available.

The property was lovely! It was in a very quiet setting, just down the road from a local farmer who sold fresh milk and yogurt. The backyard was large for our toddler to run around and play. Having the bedroom separate from the living room was nice so our child could sleep and we play cards.
The apartment had everything we needed for our stay. It was clean and relaxing to come back to at the end of the day after exploring.
If we come back to Europe, I would gladly stay here again!
Rüdiger and his wife responded very quickly with any questions we had. Thank you!

My friends and I loved our stay here for the weekend. Rüdiger was very welcoming and easy to contact. The place was very clean, comfortable (including the sofa bed), and well supplied. Across the street, there is even a nice path along some water to go for a run or walk. It's the perfect combination that you can go to the middle of Hamburg in 15minutes by car, and then come back to an amazing stay in a peaceful, beautiful, rural area. Would love to visit again in the warm weather to explore more of the surrounding area.
