The location of the house was nice. The house was close to the bus terminal to the market in old town. There was every item we needed in the kitchen. The house was generally clean. There were spare sheets and pillowcases. There were enough washing tablets for the washing machine and dishwasher. It was very good to have a beach umbrella. The landlord greeted us in front of the house and paid our tourist tax himself and brought our passports back.

There were no paper napkins and kitchen cloths in the kitchen.

The apartment was comfortable and well-located—close to the old town and right in front of the mall

We had a reservation for 5 people, so one of us had to sleep on the sofa. When we arrived, there were no sheets or other equipment prepared for the fifth person, and we had to wait until the next morning to receive them

The location was perfect, close to everything, nice apartment.

It is not enough for 5 people, better for 4, since one of the beds is a very uncomfy couch. Also, it could have been way cleaner.

Great Stay with a Rocky Start - Stunning Panoramic View!

My stay at this apartment would have been rating 10 review if it weren't for a rough start. I am very specific when making reservations, and if I am unsure about something, I always ask. On the website, I reserved a deluxe apartment and specifically inquired if it had a panoramic view of the sea, as the pictures seemed ambiguous. The response I received was, 'Dear Sir or Madam, this apartment has a panoramic view of the sea. Don't worry the view is perfect. The parking space is additionally charged 20 Euros per day.' When we arrived, everything seemed to go smoothly at the agency running the place. They were all sweet and nice, providing us with a card for the parking garage and a private spot just for us. The lady accompanied us to the beautiful and clean apartment on the 3rd floor, but to our disappointment, the view did not match the promised 'panoramic' sea view. It could be argued it had a partial sea view, but it was far from what I had expected. The lady called the agency to resolve the issue, and it seemed like we would quickly switch to another apartment. However, the situation took an unexpected turn when she returned and tried to convince me that there are two apartments listed as deluxe, and she couldn't give us the other one. I showed her the message that clearly stated a 'panoramic' sea view, but they continued to insist that this apartment had the view we were promised, which was nonsense. Needless to say, I was becoming increasingly frustrated with all the confusion. Determined not to give up, we returned to the agency and spoke with Mrs. Snežana. Initially, she also tried to convince me that I booked the apartment on the third floor, but eventually accepted my complaint and offered a resolution. She suggested that we move to the tenth floor the next day, where we would have the stunning PANORAMIC sea view we desired.

Perfect place to stay in Budva.

The best location in Budva, close to the Old Town, close to several supermarkets and big grocery market, with the underground garage for our rent-a-car and plenty of delicious restaurants nearby. The beautiful and wide sea view is a big plus. We preferred to drive to nearby beaches (Jaz, Trsteno and Ploče) instead of going to the nearby Slovenska Beach.

Summer in Budva 2022

I stayed here with my dad for 5 nights. Everything was great 👍, from the apartment itself👌 to staff and location 🫶. It is close to all the restaurants, shops, beaches and a short walk to Old Town. The apartment was very spacious, clean and quiet, even though it is on a busy street, once all the windows and doors are closed you would not hear anything at all, and trust me you'd want everything shut to keep the place cool 😎 A perfect place to stay for a family or a couple - anyone really. Will definitely stay here again! ♥️

Okay, well the only thing I didn't like was the automatic air freshener at the lifts on the ground floor 🤣 it made me jump every time I stood there to wait for the lift, but the fresh summer smell was well worth it 🥰

Confusion and misunderstanding

The apartment was nice and clean, there even was a 24/7 reception. The staff of (actually an other apart hotel's) the reception was always nice and kindly. Any time I asked for recommendation they were more than happy to help us and guided us to nice places.

There was an unfortunate situation on our arrival day which had an affect on our whole stay. A lady came to guide us to an other apart hotel's reception and the receptionist first said that they were expecting us a day earlier, however our booking was from that day when we arrived. I have been told and confirmed in advance that the parking fee is going to be € 10 / night, and after all I was charged € 15 / night. I booked a 75m2 2 Bedroom Apartment with sea view but after all we got a 1 Bedroom Apartment with sea view... The receptionist asked at least 3 times what is our check out day, even once when we were already in our apartment. For me the most disappointing was when I explained to the host what the situation is, they wrote: "so the conclusion is that it is better to have cheaper apartment than larger apartment" Well I said: for me the conclusion was that I got a smaller apartment than I booked and I paid more than it was confirmed in advance...

Superb

In New town but close to Old town. Very big appartment. 74m2. Two big sleeping rooms. Both have it's own terase. One big living room. 7th flore but elevator is fast. You have see view. Not infront but you can see it. Good voice isolation. We got parking space in garage. Good hosts. Good comunication.

It should be somebody who will change the bed sheets or towels. We stayed there 5 nights and I didn't notice that. But it was very clean.

Świetna lokalizacja, piękny widok, kilka kroków do sklepów, plaży. Dobra klimatyzacja, czysty apartament.

Parking płatny 20 euro, trochę trudno było dogadać się z osobą obsługującą apartament odnośnie płatności podatku turystycznego, kilka razy chodziliśmy do biura, musieliśmy zostawić dowody osobiste, później po nie wracać, było to trochę uciążliwe w naszych planach.
