SHELL COTTAGE is aptly named after Shell Cottage in the Harry Potter books and was the home of Bill Weasley and wife Fleur Delacour. It was described as a beautiful place and served as a safehouse for various members of the Order of the Phoenix and was protected by a charm. This wonderful cottage has the same qualities of beauty and privacy and is tucked away in its own private oasis with an abundance of trees and lush landscaping. Conveniently located directly on the beach path for a 3-minute walk to the beach! This splendid cottage was heavily renovated in Spring 2021 adding new solid surface flooring upstairs, new light fixtures interior painting throughout, new furniture, mattresses, bedding, smart TVs and new decor. The kitchen was renovated with new quartz counters, new appliances and is well stocked to please the most discriminating cooks. Shell Cottage boasts 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths and sleeps 8 comfortably. The first level opens to a sunlit and airy family room and includes a gas fireplace for those cozy cool nights. The dining room seats 6 at the table with 4 counter-height bar stools for added seating. There are two guest bedrooms on this level; one guest bedroom with a cozy king bed and the other guest bedroom has a wonderful 1 XL Full over Queen bunk bed. These bedrooms share a full bath between that includes a tub, shower and double vanity. There is also a washer and dryer located on this floor for your convenience. The top floor has a sizable private Master suite with relaxed king bed, convenient beverage center, sitting area with smart TV, full bath and access to a roof top deck. The deck includes 2 Adirondack chairs with footstools, a side table, and two chaise lounges. Shell Cottage boasts a lovely, covered porch with plenty of comfortable Adirondack seating and even a porch swing! A giant Jenga game located on the porch awaits you to play and try your skill!
