The first level boasts the master suite and a newly remodeled master suite. The guest bedroom, on this level, is appointed with two single beds and a shared bathroom with a tub-shower unit. Both bathrooms have access to a spacious covered deck. The 2nd level is the main living area provides an open living/dining area with a well-appointed kitchen, eat at breakfast bar, dining room that opens up to the large living room with soaring ceilings and multiple windows to relax among the abundant natural lighting. Just off this level is a wonderful outdoor living space with a covered porch equipped with outdoor dining table and chairs, and a roomy open sun deck.
The top floor of this home has a private loft bedroom with a double size bed and a full size guest bathroom. You will truly enjoy your private time with your family in the sparkling cool swimming pool during those hot summer days or in the evening just sitting around to relax letting all your worries drift away. An enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water is the perfect way to end your beach day, and a fish cleaning station is available for your coastal catch. We had an amazing week staying at Auburn Sunrise. The walk to the beach was under two minutes; very close to the house and doable with a baby. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you would need. We would definitely like to stay here again.

The downstairs air conditioning went out 2 times. We had a very hot night. They fixed it and went out again 2 days later. This time they came and fixed it promptly. Other than that we had a great stay.

This house is in a perfect location, right around the corner from the beach. It was a very nice quiet area on the plantation and not at all busy on the beach either. The house was nice and accommodating to our group of 10. The Vacation Rental Company were VERY responsive to any of our needs and came right away!
