About this house rental
House of 100 m2 facing south, 3 bedrooms (one of which is small), with the possibility of accommodating 6 people +- 600m from the beaches and the port Morin! Less than 5 minutes by bike! There is on the first floor a master suite with a 1.60 m bed, a walk-in shower, a separate toilet and large storage space, a large air-conditioned living room very bright opening onto a terrace and a landscaped garden, a fully equipped kitchen, a very nice small patio, as well as a pantry with large additional fridge freezer and a washing machine. Upstairs, there is a large bedroom with a 1.60m bed and a large storage space, a bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet, as well as a small bedroom of about 6 m2 with a 1.40m bed.

Mattress protectors, and pillow protectors changed after each rental! House disinfected between each rental. Sheets and towels are not provided.

ON REQUEST cot for baby with mattress pads, bottom sheets and baby bath, (all on request at no extra cost).
You are 6 or 7 minutes by bike (depending on the shape of each person...) from the center of L'Epine and its shops.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette agréable maison. Il ne manque rien. Proche de la plage pour de belles ballades au coucher du soleil. Hôte attentif au bien-être des vacanciers. A réserver sans hésiter

La maison est conforme à la description. Elle est fonctionnelle, agréable et joliment décorée. L'espace est clos et le parking est pratique pour les voitures. Jacques est un propriétaire très à l'écoute de ses locataires et aux petits soins.
Située à deux pas du port du Morin et de la plage et pas très loin des commerces de l'Epine. On peut tout faire à pied.
Nous recommandons sans aucune hésitation.
