About this house rental
The land is landscaped, not overlooked, it is fully enclosed with sliding gates.
You will be in a privileged site, at the foot of the mills of La Bosse, on the edge of the national forest.
The house is located on the dune, the view is well unobstructed on the island. Due to its position, it is well protected from the west winds
The house is 80 m from the sea as the crow flies. The nearest beach is 250 m away.
You can also park your boat at the Marina 300 m away.
The town centre of L'Epine with its shops is 800 m away.
Description of the villa:
This is a recent architect's house with all comforts, underfloor heating, electric shutters.
WIFI. Neat decoration.
You will have a living room and kitchen of 43 m2.
A large sliding window provides access to the teak terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers. Beautiful view of the bell tower of the Epine.
The living room is equipped with a sofa bed, 3 armchairs, a coffee table, a television, a mini-system.
The kitchen is open to the living room and the summer dining room.
On the first floor, you will have a spacious master suite with dressing room, walk-in shower and sink. Separate toilet. Three bay windows overlooking the garden let the rising sun through.
On the first floor, a large courtyard dining room, equipped with a WEBER barbecue allows you to take your meals in the shade. Black lacquered wooden table with 8 chairs.
You will access the first floor by a waxed concrete staircase,
You will find:
- the Moulins room with a beautiful view of the rooftops, this room is equipped with a 140 x 190 bed with cupboard.
- the room of the Château with a beautiful view of the marshes and the town centre of Noirmoutier, this room is equipped with 2 pull-out beds 90 x 190.
- a bathroom with walk-in shower, a washbasin.
- a separate toilet on the landing.
Baby equipment on request, free of charge, travel cot, bathtub and high chair.
On the entrance side, a sliding gate, parking and teak terrace.

Wir sind begeistert von dieser erstklassigen Unterkunft und können diese nur wärmstens empfehlen. Es ist einfach alles vorhanden und es mangelt wirklich an nichts. Sehr sauber, super ausgestattet für mindestens 6 Personen ist alles vorhanden. Top gepflegt, top sauber, top Vermieter die im Falle eines Problems sofort zu Stelle waren So hatten wir in der Nähe während eines starken Gewitters einen Blitzeinschlag, der sowohl den Router fürs Internet lahm gelegt hat, wie auch die Sicherung für das warme Wasser und die Heizung. Beides wurde innerhalb von 24 Stunden behoben, absolut vorbildlich! Wenn es überhaupt etwas zu bemängeln gibt, ist es der Umstand dass das Wetter so gut war, und so warm, dass ein Ventilator im Haus gut wäre, wir hatten glücklicherweise einen dabei, so dass es auch nachts bei über 25 Grad gut auszuhalten war. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder. Mercie Mdme Pineau :)

La maison est dans une impasse, au calme et a l'abri du vent. parking un peu etroit pour un vehicule . La reception television est a améliorer ou a modifier. Il serait souhaitable d'integrer dans le prix locatif, le cout du ménage obligatoire.
Maison tres propre, bien equipée, spacieuse pour une famille de 6 personnes. Nous y avons passé une belle semaine. Merci aux proprietaires pour leur ecoute.

Wir haben zwei tolle erholsame Wochen in diesem ganz neuen Haus in L'Epine verbracht. Es liegt etwas abseits der Hauptverkehrswege in einer Anliegerstraße. Zum nächsten schönen Strandabschnitt läuft man durch Wald und Dünen ca. 10 bis 15 Minuten. Der Garten und die Terrasse haben uns besonders gut gefallen. Nur weiterzuempfehlen!
