Discover this charming family home of 100 m² located in L'Épine, ideal for welcoming up to 8 people. Nestled in a calm environment, with a view of the garden and just a few minutes' walk from the sandy beaches, it is perfect for friendly family holidays or with friends on the island of Noirmoutier.
Outside, you will enjoy a pleasant enclosed garden, ideal for children, as well as two terraces accessible directly from the lounge. You will have garden furniture and a barbecue at your disposal, perfect for sharing outdoor meals and enjoying beautiful sunny days.
Inside, upon entering the house, you will discover a beautiful, warm and bright living space. The lounge is furnished with two comfortable sofas, two armchairs, a television and a fireplace, offering a welcoming space to gather after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area has a large table that can accommodate up to 8 people. Just next to it, the semi-open and independent kitchen is fully equipped: induction hobs, refrigerator, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle and everything you need to prepare your meals as at home.
On the night side, the house has 4 comfortable bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): one double bed (140x190), wardrobe
Bedroom 2 (ground floor): two single beds (90x190), wardrobe
Bedroom 3 (ground floor): two single beds (90x190), wardrobe
Bedroom 4 (upstairs): one Queen Size bed (160x190)
Two bathrooms complete the night space:
– A bathroom on the ground floor with shower and bathtub
– A bathroom on the first floor with shower and WC
A separate WC is also available on the ground floor for added comfort.
Two external parking spaces are available, one inside the plot, in front of the garage door and one just in front of the residential gate.
To enhance your stay, the house is equipped with a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron and an ironing board as well as a travel cot.
