About this house rental
We have just bought and renovated our second home located in a one-way street, not busy in the town of the spine.
This house is between the center of the village (with 2 bakeries, butcher's shop, Saturday market, supermarket ...) and the beach
Capacity: 8 people
6 rooms, 3 bedrooms (the first with a bed of 160, the second with a bed of 140 + a single bed, the third with 1 bunk bed + 1 single bed)
Separate kitchen with oven, Induction hob, Dishwasher, Microwave, Refrigerator,
Living room with fireplace, TV, DVD player, Hi-fi system, board games
Dining room with Clic Clac,
Bathroom with double sinks, separate toilet,
Garage with washing machine and 2nd fridge with freezer
South-facing terrace with garden furniture and sun loungers
+ fenced garden without vis-à-vis all around the house
Baby equipment in the house (cot, chair adaptable for high chair, pot)
Living space: 97 m2 + Garage, Garden: 600 m2
600 m to the beach, 400 m to shops, 3.5 km to the center of Noirmoutier in the island

Idéalement située, très fonctionnelle, notamment grâce à son garage (pour les vélos) et sa terrasse, cette location a ravi toute la famille. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Par ailleurs très bien située, à quelques pas de la plage et du centre-bourg.

Une maison très spacieuse et très bien équipée,idéalement située à 15 minutes à pieds de la plage et 5 minutes du centre bourg. Environnement calme( malgré les travaux de toiture du voisinage), une adresse a conserver.

J'ai passée un très agréable séjour dans cette maison, ou j'ai pu profiter de la terrasse ensoleillée, au calme et sans vis à vis, génial pour profiter des repas en famille au soleil !
La maison est spacieuse, très bien équipée et à 2 pas des commerces et du marché ( 3 min à pied) et de la plage (5 min à pied )
Autre point appréciable , il est possible de stationner plusieurs voitures sur le terrain
Je reviendrai très volontiers pour un plus long séjour dans cette maison

Location was perfect 8-10 min walk to the beach in a quiet street. The cottage was lovely and spacious and plenty of room for 6 adults, 2 toddlers and a new born baby. Well equipped in the kitchen. We had a lovely holiday. However there were things that could have been improved considering the price for one week. On arrival we were greeted with a wet floor as one of the showers was leaking under the flooring. The owner knew about it but nothing was done during our stay. So we couldn’t use that shower. The sunbeds were broken as the agency pointed out. But nothing was done about it. A dangerous drop from terrace to garden for toddlers. No barrier especially onto the concrete drive. Meter drop. Lawn had weeds taller than the toddlers as it hadn’t been mowed. So difficult to play on. Last but not least. Very dangerous drainage sticking up on the drive. This caused a rather nasty tripping accident early on in our holiday and I was lucky not to brake my nose, teeth or wrist. Still Noirmoutier is a lovely place and we will return there but not to this property.
