About this house rental
We offer our holiday home of about 140m2 in the very quiet town center, 800 meters from the beaches with a large south garden not overlooked of 1000m2, ideal for families with children
On the first floor living room - dining room of about 40 m2 on a south-facing terrace, with garden table and chairs, an open kitchen of 10m2.
1 bedroom of 12 m2 with double bed 140, bathroom with a walk-in shower and separate toilet, all on the first floor.
Upstairs 2 bedrooms one of 16m2 with double bed 140 plus 1 baby bed, the other of about 20 m2 with 2 single bunk beds plus a double bed (140), shower room, separate toilet.
Wifi connection.
All equipment, oven, microwave oven, Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine, television, dvd player, board games, beach games, ping pong.
Optionally, I can provide linen.
In the center so next to the house there is the shop of the famous Saint Michel pancakes, a bakery, pharmacy, creperie, organic store Le garde manger (not to be missed), bike rental, media library, cinema 1 room held for volunteers with recent films.
You have everything close by, you can do everything on foot!
