About this apartment rental
The Cocoonr/Bookandpay agency offers for rent, in the commune of Saint-Nazaire, this charming 134 m² flat, less than a kilometre from the beach, which can accommodate up to 10 travellers. Located on the 1ᵉʳ floor (no lift), it comprises a lovely 40 m² living room (with fireplace), a fitted kitchen, three lovely bedrooms, a bathroom (with shower). Wifi (fibre optic) included. We're waiting for you!
The accommodation is as follows:
1st floor:
- A 40 m² living room with TV, sofas, fireplace (wood not provided)...
- A dining area
- A fully-equipped kitchen with electric kettle, oven, microwave, toaster, hob, etc.
- Bedroom 1: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bedroom 2: with a double bed (140×190)
- Bathroom with shower
- Separate WC
- A utility room
- On the 2ᵉ level
- Bedroom 3: with a double bed (140×190) and two single beds
- A mezzanine area with two single beds
For even greater comfort, the owners have decided to invest in the following additional equipment: barbecue, washing machine, iron.
Outside:
- A 30 m² terrace with furniture to make the most of the fine weather.
The flat is ideally located in Saint-Nazaire, in a very pleasant environment. You'll be close to all the essential shops, as well as boutiques, restaurants, bars, markets, etc.
Transport :
If you choose to come by car, you can park in the nearby pay car park in high season, or in the completely free car park 5 minutes' walk away.
As for other modes of transport, here is some information you may find useful:
- Nearest train station: Saint-Nazaire station, about 1 min away.
- Nearest airport: Nantes Atlantique airport, about 47 minutes by car.
