New villa (2015) very clear and spacious for unforgettable holidays with family or friends. Location located 800 m from the beach and near the marina of Morin. Water park, shops and supermarket nearby. Beautiful walks in the woods and swamps. Many cycling routes and sports routes. Mini golf. Tourist routes. Possible walks: Passage du Gois, Ile d'Yeu, Puy du Fou: medieval show unique in the world.

Property was nice. Modern Pleasant. Some details should be checked first. Lack of plates for 8 persons. Instructions for tv. Dishwasher oven. Host was very approchable. Same inspection should be done on arrival as on departure.
