Modernity and comfort are on offer to welcome up to 8 people in a pleasant setting decorated with care. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace and a plancha for sharing outdoor meals or simply enjoying a moment of relaxation with family or friends. Located just 300 m from the beach, the house has an ideal location to enjoy the summer sun and the island's water activities!
As soon as you enter the house, you will be charmed by the beautiful bright living area, with a fully equipped open-plan kitchen: induction hob, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Sure to delight food lovers! After a good meal prepared by you, settle down at the large dining table, ideal for a convivial moment with your loved ones. On the other side, the lounge area invites you to relax in its comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of a film or sporting event on television.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190), en-suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer
Bedroom 2 (first floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190)
Bedroom 3 (first floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190) and 2 bunk beds (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and a separate WC complete the first floor.
For added convenience, the house has air conditioning throughout the property and a washing machine in a utility room where you can also store up to 5 bicycles.
One parking space is reserved for you outside the house.
