Need a family or friends getaway on the island of Noirmoutier? This charming 97m² house in La Guérinière is the perfect place for an unforgettable stay just a few steps from the sea! Modernity and comfort are on hand to welcome up to 8 people in a pleasant setting decorated with care. Outside, you can enjoy a lovely terrace and a plancha to share outdoor meals or simply savour a moment of relaxation with family or friends. Located just 300 m from the beach, the house has an ideal location to enjoy the summer sun and the island's water activities!
As soon as you enter the house, you will be seduced by the beautiful bright living space, with a fully equipped American kitchen: induction hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, Senseo coffee maker, toaster and kettle. Enough to delight food lovers! After a good meal prepared by yourself, settle down at the large dining table, ideal for a convivial moment with your loved ones. On the other side, the lounge area invites you to relax in its comfortable sofas and armchairs in front of a film or sporting event on television.
The house has 3 bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 (ground floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190), private bathroom with shower and hairdryer
Bedroom 2 (first floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190)
Bedroom 3 (first floor): 2 single beds (80x190) convertible into a Queen Size bed (160x190) and 2 bunk beds (90x190)
A bathroom with shower and a separate toilet complete the floor.
For added convenience, the house also has a washing machine in a laundry room where you can also store up to 5 bicycles.
A parking space is reserved for you outside the house.
* Construction work is currently underway near the accommodation. Although we cannot control the schedule or intensity of these works, they may occasionally cause some noise disturbance during the day.
