About this house rental
Very pleasant single storey villa on fully enclosed land of 450 m2
The house is located in Vieil, 250m from Mardi Gras beach, 500m from shops in the typical village of Vieil, 2km from Noirmoutier
It is suitable for 7/10 people
A large living room (48 m2) with kitchen open to the dining room and living room, facing south and overlooking the garden through 2 large bay windows
The kitchen is fully equipped (202 l fridge, 75 l freezer, oven, microwave, ceramic hob, dishwasher)
The night parts are divided into two zones, on each side of the living room:
West side: a cellar, a cupboard, an independent toilet and a bedroom suite of 19 m2 (160 cm bed) with Italian shower and 2 sinks
East side: one bedroom with double bed of 140, the other with 2 bunk beds and 1 trundle bed of 2m (4 beds possible), 1 bathroom, separate wc, many cupboards, and a small patio
All bedrooms have direct access to the garden
In the living room you will find a television, a HIFI Bluetooth radio, a WIFI connection, 3 armchairs, a coffee table and a convertible sofa (sleeps 2)
The dining room has a large wooden table with possible extension (10 people)
The cellar is equipped with a worktop with sink and a washing machine
Outside you can lounge on a large wooden terrace with deckchair, armchair, garden furniture and parasol
You can also enjoy a large covered courtyard equipped with a summer kitchen with gas barbecue and 2 large tables
A heated outdoor shower is also available
Private parking in front of the house allows you to park 3 vehicles
This house is very new. We are very attached to it and we ask the tenants to be very attentive and to take great care of it.

Maison parfaitement située près de la plage. Jardin très bien entretenu et charmant avec une cuisine d’été très appréciable.
Maison bien conçue avec ses 2 coins nuit de chaque côté d’une pièce à vivre vaste, superbement décorée…
Allez y les yeux fermés !

Das Haus entspricht wirklich genau dem, was online angekündigt wird. Wir waren mit drei (kleinen) Kindern dort, es hat an nichts gefehlt, es gab genügend Platz für alle - erst recht, wenn man den kurzen Weg zum Strand mit dazu nimmt. Coutants sind die perfekten Gastgeber, aufmerksam und behilflich. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche.

Nous étions deux couples d amis à séjourner dans cette maison. Chacun des couples disposait de son espace de vie ce qui est fort appréciable. les photos de l intérieur de la maison ne représentent pas réellement la beauté, le goût de la décoration, l espace qui nous est offert. Il ne manque rien, la maison est vraiment très propre et entretenue, elle est comme neuve. Toutes les pièces à vivre donnent sur le jardin très coquet et très bien exposé. Soleil toute la journée permettant de prendre tous les repas dehors ! Bref allez y en toute confiance vous ne serez pas déçus, très bon accueil des propriétaires discrets mais à votre écoute. Merci encore pour cette semaine

Très belle maison récente entièrement close de murs, belles prestations, décorée avec beaucoup de soin, propreté irréprochable.
Les propriétaires sont charmants et attentionnés.
L'emplacement est idéal pour se rendre à la plage à pied.
