About this villa rental
In the heart of the village and all amenities, house of 100m2 with large living room living room/living room TV wifi. Large fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, induction hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, various food processors.filter coffee maker and pod, kettle.
3 bedrooms: 1: 1 double bed, 2: 1 double bed and 3: 2 single beds. All equipped with wardrobes.
BB bed and chair
Double sink shower room, walk-in shower, towel dryer. Separate toilet.
Terrace with dining table, parasol, deckchair, barbecue, garden furniture. Large fully fenced courtyard with communal parking at the end of a cul-de-sac in a very quiet environment. The accommodations are non-smoking (ashtrays are available outside)
The house is entrusted to you clean and we ask that it be returned to us in the same condition. A cleaning fee of 100 euros will be charged if this is not the case.
Departure of the cycle paths near the house which all serve the island. A free bus from the village. Market on Saturday mornings, many activities throughout the summer. Butcher's, delicatessen, caterer, bars, restaurants, bakeries, grocery store, hairdresser, nail salon, pharmacy, doctor, bookshop/tobacconist, bike rental nearby. Superb beaches, the Bois des Eloux for walks or a picnic, the port of Morin for water activities, fishing on foot at low tide.
3 km away, Noirmoutier en l'île with its sailing school, the famous market on Friday, Sunday and Tuesday mornings, the port... You can spend a relaxing stay on beaches without promiscuity or enjoy the joyful life of Noirmoutier with all its various activities
