About this house rental
New house from 2018 to the Epine on the island of Noirmoutier, located in a family and friendly impasse. Calm environment, impeccable interior, clear and pleasant, nice benefits, in 2 steps of the market town and with less 100m of the beach.
Quality interior decoration (earthenware, cupboards with mirror facades, glass roof).
Very nice outside: terrace, lawn, plantations.
Comfortable in all seasons.
House can accommodate up to 7 people maximum, hydraulic underfloor heating.
Possibility of renting sheets.
Center town on foot (10 ') with its main traders.
Great. U / Intermarché 15 'by bike through the slopes.
Located in the charming village of l'Epine with its large sandy beaches, the port of Morin, its annual market on Saturday morning, bike paths at the entrance of the village.
Non smoking house, pets not allowed.
The garage is not offered for rent.
Possibility to park 1 car on the ground, other parking spaces available nearby.
Free and unlimited WIFI. Orientation: South West, sunny frontage, shaded at the back of the house.

Wonderful stay, a very warm welcome given by our hosts. Great location, tranquil and peaceful. Close enough to cycle to all parts of the island using cycle paths and quiet lanes. Local shops great especially the Boulangarie.

Accueil formidable de la part de Véronique et Michel ! La maison est jolie, fonctionnelle, très lumineuse. La plage est à 100m et les commerces sont pas loin. On a fait des super balades à vélo.

Maison très agréable, bien située, bien équipée.
Accueil chaleureux et bienveillant.
Tout est parfait pour les familles et l'accueil des enfants.
Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.
