Cool Corner is a fantastic three-bedroom Folly Beach condo located directly across from the public beach, fishing pier, restaurants, and chair and umbrella rentals. Historic Charleston is less than 12 miles north of Folly Beach. This home is within walking distance to everything fun on Folly, with Center Street just one block away, featuring lots of shops, restaurants, and places to grab a cold craft beer or a tasty cocktail. Recently remodeled and furnished with fresh, modern décor, this condo enjoys beachy vibes throughout, plus high-speed Internet, DirecTV, and smart TVs with Netflix streaming. Outside, there is a great porch with outdoor seating, fans, and lovely partial ocean views. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, ample counter space, and plenty of stainless steel appliances to help you prepare your favorite meals. You'll also have a large parking space big enough to accommodate up to two large vehicles, and there is plenty of free public parking on Folly Beach as well.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Cool Corner was a perfect spot for our family of 5. It had everything we needed, was across the street from the beach access and was in walking distance from all of the restaurants and shops in folly. Would definitely recommend!

This unit was perfect all around. We had 3 generations with us (4 adults and 2 small children). There was more than enough room for all of us. Beds were very comfortable, with a ceiling fan in every room to complement the A/C. We had everything we could have needed in the kitchen. The beach supplies in the storage unit were an added bonus. The area is great - a block away from the beach and within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. Would absolutely stay here again in the future.

Great location, very clean, quiet, great parking, furniture, and outdoor furnishings were great. No complaints about the condo itself at all.
