About this apartment rental
Sand N Surf is one of Folly's Best! This 3 bedroom, 3 bath condo is located across the street from the beach and can accommodate up to 6 people! No need for a car while on the island as Sand N Surf is a block away from shops and local restaurants. The Folly Pier is close by to take an evening stroll and watch fishermen. Downtown Charleston is just a 25-minute drive for the perfect day trip.
It has a well-equipped kitchen and spacious living room with an attached private balcony. The master bedroom has a Queen bed with Smart TV and an en-suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed, Smart TV, and en-suite bathroom as well. The third bedroom has 2 twin beds. Parking passes for 2 vehicles is included with this rental as well as a full-size washer and dryer. As an added bonus, there is a pool on site (open April-October). Please note that this unit is on the 1st floor of building 2.

Great location for a long weekend at Folly Beach. Steps away from restaurants, bars, beach and pier. Large deck with ocean view.

We thought the location was perfect. I was still recovering from knee surgery so it was necessary for us to have a place close to everything. This was perfect.
