Amazing location directly across from the beach. Great views from the balcony! We stayed in a different unit last year, this one was set up better for families. There is a kitchen table (but only four chairs) as well as two cafe tables on the porch. The kids loved the bunk beds!

There are no towel racks or anywhere to hang anything. There was a rail/pipe on the wall in the hallway but it was unclear if we were supposed to hang towels there or not, it didn't seem like a good option.

We loved the location. Seeing the ocean from our deck was one of the best parts. Having the public beach path right across the street was amazing. The beds were comfortable (we used all but the two top bunks). We were happy to have an ice maker in the freezer too. Folly Beach has great restaurants, shops and a store where you can buy basic groceries and supplies. It feels very safe there. The Best Rentals team was always very responsive, respectful, and helpful.

Wish there had been beach towels, umbrella, chairs with the unit. I emailed the Best Rentals office to ask about this and was referred to a rental company (chairs, beach games, umbrellas, towels). They actually were offering a "new" rental package (4 towels and a Bog beach bag), which would have been perfect for us, but we didn't have much time left at that point, so did not pursue it. It would be helpful if the Booking.com listing for this unit specifically mentioned that there is no beach equipment and included the info about the rental company right in the listing. The fridge has a few rusty spots on it, but it worked fine.
