We loved the condo. Very clean, perfect layout, perfect location and even had a view of the ocean/pier :)

Good location. Close to beach and downtown. Property was clean.
The beds weren’t very comfortable. In particular, the twin beds felt like a cheap mattress. No wine glasses. The house guide is general and not specific to property so was useless. More signage is needed about where things are in the condo as well as in the parking area…specifically the elevator.

Condo was clean, neat and had everything we wanted. Walking distance to the beach, restaurants and all the stores. Met a lady named Carol outside that lives there. She was so nice to us and told us about Folly Beach. Will be back and tell our friends.
Family above us let their kids stomp around from 7:am until. Not the condo owners fault though.

Location was excellent! Staff was very informative and responded to emails promptly. Very clean conditions and well supplied unit.
Kitchen sink had a small leak that we had to call in on but was not a big problem at all. Maintenance manager responded quickly and address the problem.
