Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

This location and accommodations were great! Very clean and comfortable! The only issue during our stay (April 2025) was construction that shut down one of the two elevators

We had a girls trip and rented 2 condos from Vacasa. They were are an amazing property manager and responded quickly to questions and concerns. The property is beautiful, comfortable and very clean. I would recommend this management firm for future bookings.

The location made for easy walking to downtown. The ocean view from the balcony was great. The kitchen was well stocked. This complex is not very friendly for anyone with mobility limitations. The elevator was out during our stay and and we were on the fourth floor and had to walk almost the length of the building to get the one that did work.
