Rigtig god lejlighed til familie med fem personer

God lejlighed: rent og pænt, god størrelse til familie, hyggelig forhave med frugttræer - appelsin, lime og granatæbler- og blomster, plads til at parkere bil, hjælpsomme værter. Køkkenet udstyret til basal madlavning. Tre personer skal sove i køkkenet. Ville være dejligt med et tæppe til hver person, som man ikke skal dele en “kuvert”. Venlige værter, datteren taler og skriver engelsk, hvilket er en hjælp.

Det er ikke overnatningsstedets skyld, men der er meget skrald på vejene omkring (og overalt), samt flere ufærdige huse og afbrænding af haveaffald og andet affald der stinker fælt. Det fremgår ikke, at de kun tager kontant betaling men det lykkedes alligevel at betale med VISA via et betalingslink. Der står blot, at man ikke. Hæver betalingskort for at booke det, hvilket ikke er det samme som at man kun kan betale kontant.

El apartamento no podía ser más encantador y acogedor, al igual que la dueña. Tenía todo lo necesario para nuestra estancia, y lo que nos faltó nos lo proporcionó la dueña sin problemas. Las camas eran cómodas, la cocina era amplia. La TV tenía youtube, netflix y todo. Además, el apartamento contaba con un patio estupendo y sitio de sobra para aparcar el coche.

Lo único a destacar fue que la ducha no tiene plato, es directamente suelo, y el agua se colaba por todo el baño cuando te duchabas, era imposible que el suelo estuviera seco.

Mooie locatie. Beetje weg van het luidruchtige centrum. Restaurant en strandbars op wandelafstand. Dicht bij natuurpark. Appartement was groot genoeg, met Goede airco en ruime Badkamer en douche. Privé terrasje en parking voor de deur. Goed bed. Honden welkom.

Niet echt veel Ruimte om te Koken omdat bed vlak naast keuken wand staat. Net ok voor beetje drank etc.

Exceptional

It's an amazing place and the owner Redi and his mom are the best hosts. They ran to our every need, the place is so close to all the beaches and it's close enough to walk to everywhere but far enough to be out of the chaos. The rooms have everything you need, the wifi is fast, everything works perfectly. They gave us rides to and from Sarande, Redi even arranged us bus tickets and he was available every hour of the day.

Unfortunately there's a construction going around it, it's not their fault at all they're the sweetest people but nothing they can do about it aswell.

No air con in the separate bedroom. There was only one in the entrance room which is also a bedroom/ kitchen dining area. My inlaws slept in that room with my children so if we left the door open we would have no privacy. however when I asked the owners if they had a fan they provided one although the cover was missing and a little defective. The place was Smaller than we expected from pictures, its 2 rooms which is like a bedsit with an extra bedroom

The paradise we love

Apartment is like on the photos. Great garden with fruits and flowers - we enjoyed in delicious fruits. Hosts are really wonderful family, taking care, helpful, give great advices and much more (great wine :) ). Quiet place, just 3min walking to the one of the best beaches in Ksamil - it is all we need. In general, we got much more than we expected. If we come again in Ksamil - we will choose this place again.

The rooms are comfortable and well-equipped, the house is in a quiet residential area but only a very short walk from the beach, and the family that run the guesthouse are exceptionally kind and helpful. We are so happy we picked Guesthouse Redilka.

Cool and huge apartment with the nicest lady

We were postitively surprized with apartment. Probably a 50 square meter apt. fully aquipped. Hosts were so loving. A wonderful lady mare our stay like we were home. Spacious veranda with real stone throughout. We even got a presents from her since it was my wifes BD. Beaches were just a 3 minute walk( we thought it was further by looking at the map!). Cleanliness was remarkeble. We didnt even use thd additional sleeping room since the main room was huge. Did we know, we would have stayed here at least a week. Wr also met her lovely daughter and her son(by chance working at a tour operator in Ksamil- a very nice and polite guy). Wish you all the best ti the family. Hope to come again Congrstulations

There wad nothing that bothered us at all. I would just like to inform the hosts that this place is triple thd size of studios in europe. What could be added is just darker curtions( since the sunrise was right to the windowwhere the bed was. The bathroom was superb, with washing machine and all details like tpuchscreen mirror, hairdryer and so on. I personally would add a shower cabin or a glass wall but the the length allowed showers and didnt cause a mess. A fence around the house would also be good since toddlers like to climb, so we kept an eye on our one. In all minor things though.

The family who runs the guesthouse is super friendly and helpful. We got welcoming homemade hot wine and some oranges and lemons from their garden. The place was super tidy and washing machine was a huge plus. Its in a perfect location. Really easy to get to by car and everything is in a walking distance. Nearest beach is just end of the street. Good wifi.

The apartment was really cold when we got there. Fortunately we ran the AC heater all night and the next day it was much warmer. Because we were there out of season, almost all of the restaurants and cafes were closed.

Great host family

The host family is warm, welcoming and respectful. The room is clean, comfortable and quiet. It’s well-equipped. I can tell the host family has tried their best to provide everything they can imagine for their guests. The beach nearby is beautiful and tranquil. I had a great stay here.

It’s not at the city center. It’s not a problem for me, as it’s more peaceful and quiet here. I prefer it this way. But to those that enjoy lots of actions that a city has to offer, they might not like it.

Quiet and comfortable

We enjoyed our stay in this house that is in a quiet place but at only 5 minutes walking from a beautiful beach, and a few more from other. The rooms and the bathroom were very clean and the bed comfortable. There were television and air conditioning but we didn't had the need to use it. Kitchen is equipped with the essential to cook meals but mostly we enjoyed to have our breakfast at the table on the patio in total relax. The owner and his family are very kind and I hope to come back soon and for a longer time.
