215 - Villa Rossa (LH215)

Proudly presented by Villas Now Ltd, Villa Rossa offers 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, large private heated pool, air conditioning, pool table, table tennis, foosball table and a Hot Tub – it really has everything you could ever want in a place to stay for your vacation in Playa Blanca, Lanzarote.



Villa Rossa offers great privacy with its walled garden and terrace space with a secure gate to the entrance. Upon entering you are struck by the stunning private heated pool that is 9m x 4m in size which is much larger than the average private pool in Playa Blanca. The pool is great for both the young and the old as it has easy steps to enter and offers a gradual slope to go from the shallow end to the deep end.



The pool is heated throughout the year and this is included in the price of the villa. The pool does also benefit from an electric pool cover making it much easier in the evening to cover the pool and retain the heat for the following day.



Once your eyes have drifted from the pool, you will notice how much outdoor space there really is. The villa has an abundance of room for the lounging on the many sunbeds or to chill out around the dinning table next to the purpose-built BBQ and outdoor Kitchen.



The garden wraps around the villa with a large, grassed area which is great for kids to play on and completely encapsulated within the walls of the property meaning they can play and hide as much as they like without fear of them being able to escape.



Before moving inside, it would be remiss to not mention the Hot Tub. Perfect for 5 people and added to the property during its recent refurbishment (2021) the Hot Tub adds another element to this already perfect villa. Sunk into the ground to give easy access to all, it’s a fantastic place to chill out in the evenings watching the normally clear night sky and twinkling stars.



Moving inside and through the feature front door, you enter the heart of the villa and cannot deny the impressively modern and large open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area. During the refurbishment, there was no expense spared and the kitchen has everything you would imagine a property of this standard should have, including fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and an abundance of cutlery, crockery, cooking equipment and utensils.



The breakfast bar is a great place to start the day, or if you have to attend to some business whilst on holiday it’s a perfect place to set up and look out to the pool. The breakfast bar also hosts electrical points and USB points to make sure you keep your electrical items charged and ready for use.



The lounge has comfortable seating and a large Smart HD TV with a great selection of channels from the UK (including SKY Sports, SKY Movies, BBC, ITV), Germany, France, Spain, Italy and many other European countries.



Heading through the Villa you have 4 bedrooms, all of which have individual Air Conditioning units (coin operated). The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and its own private garden to look out on, plus benefits from an en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower. There is a second Bedroom with King size bed, also with its own private garden to look out on. There are 2 further Bedrooms each with twin single beds. It is possible to set the twin bedrooms as super king rooms upon request. All bedrooms have plenty of storage space for your luggage and clothes.



Finally moving to the back of the Villa, we have the games room. This is a great space for getting a little competitive over a game of pool, table tennis or table football, to see who will go home with the crown as the best player.



Finally, the location; Villa Rossa is in the sought-after location of Los Calamares, Playa Blanca. Los Calamares is situated right in the centre of Playa Blanca and whilst it offers peace and tranquillity, Los Calamares is only a 10-minute walk to the centre where there is an abundance of shops, restaurants, and bars to choose from. The original town beach is also located in the centre of Playa Blanca.



The only problem we have found with this incredible villa is that you will not want to leave!



Towels and linen (Including pool towels) are all provided and changed every full week of your holiday.



HOT TUB: There is an additional per day charge for use of the Hot Tub. Please ask for details.



AIRPORT TRANSFERS are available both SHARED and EXCLUSIVE. We can arrange this at very reasonable rates for our guests, please ask for a price list.



CAR HIRE. We can arrange to have a vehicle of your choice awaiting your arrival at the Arrecife airport in Lanzarote along with the company representative.



WHERE TO EAT. Locally in Playa Blanca there are many good restaurants to choose from. Those along the sea front are great for their ambience, but when asked to recommend one, there are two which remain consistently good and are all family owned and run. Los Hervideros … great for local tapas. Casa Brigitta (in Marina Rubicon) … ask about the fish of the day. We are also really pleased to be able to offer the services of a personal chef. A WELCOME PACK consisting, of tea, Water, Sugar, Orange Juice, Beer, Coffee, Milk, Biscuits, Wine/Cava is included in the above prices.
