Absolutely fantastic villa, well stocked kitchen, amazing outdoor areas, lovely pool, great BBQ and great rooms and indoor spaces. Games room was great, the boys loved playing pool. Absolutely perfect for our family holiday.

There was nothing we didn't like!

Amazing villa in a very quiet residential area of Playa Blanca, which was easy to walk to and taxis always available within 5 minutes to pick you up if needed. Very spacious with everything you could need provided. Great pool, very warm! The property manager Courtney was excellent with communication and was always ready to respond immediately. We even forgot something important and she made sure it was returned to us promptly which was just amazing and of which we were very thankful.

Good location and very spacious

The cleaners reported a stained pillowcase to the management company and we were met with a WhatsApp message complaining about it. The problem was non existent however because the pillowcase in question was ours and brought from home. My wife always brings pillowcases with her as she has die in her hair and she would never stain a properties ones. To be met with a message meaning about a pillowcase as soon as we got home was truly pathetic. My wife and I cleaned the house from too top to bottom before we left and the snotty cleaners still found reason to complain. If they had of bothered to take off the pillowcase they would have seen there were two more underneath it and non of them belonged to the property. The hot water was unavailable on numerous days and the toilet off the living room was constantly making noise throughout our stay. We were repeat customers at the property but will never return because of their attitude. Imagine complaining about a €2 pillowcase for christs sake. It really annoyed us to come home to this message/complaint.

The property was nice aside from the additional charges.

Charging for air con via a pay as you go style machine, and €15 per day to heat the pool, which we weren’t informed about until a few days before we were due to arrive. Also we were there for 9 days and no housekeeping - so same sheets and towels for the 9 days.
