Studio Viana

A building with well-organized management, in a prime location on the beach block, close to the subway and bus stops—all easily accessible—with shops right nearby... such as: supermarkets, restaurants, pharmacies, clothing and shoe stores, easy access to the Saara shopping center for shopping in downtown Rio de Janeiro, recreational areas, parks, beaches, and Rio de Janeiro’s most famous tourist attractions.

A small but functional space to meet the guest’s needs. Suitable for a couple, though a third person can stay if they’re comfortable with the space, given its small size. Equipped with the following essentials: 3 single beds (2 of which can be joined to form a double) plus a pull-out bed, TV, microwave, 2-burner stove, sandwich maker, blender, coffee maker, ceiling and standing fans, bedding and towels, kitchen utensils.

Guests will have access to the building’s common entrance area, which includes a small garden. You must provide your full name and CPF or ID number; an authorization form will be issued and kept at the front desk for the doorman’s reference, in accordance with the condominium’s rules.
