Close metro access in the most fun part of Rio

The apartment was clean and felt new, generously distributed and with a gym on the top floor. The aircon worked well that is a big plus in Rio And the hot water was powerful. I particularly liked the security of the property and that the security guard waited outside with me at night for my taxi into town. Well appreciated

It is located in a less desirable part of Rio but I knew it already and I like how easily I can commute with metro anywhere, the station was 2 mins walk.

Loved everything about the stay, but the location not so much

- There's security 24/7, and they would walk you to the uber which is super kind and makes you feel way more safe. - Nice gym and rooftop - The room was very comfy with AC - The staff is really friendly

the location is not the safest, or the best if you want to grab some nice food/ coffee etc around the area - it's hard to find

1. В отеле не было воды. Никакой воды. На протяжении нескольких дней. Затем давали воду с перебоями. 2. Ужасный персонал. никакие решения не предоставлял даже чтобы воспользоваться туалетом. 3. Не работал интернет о чем неоднократно писал в чат поддержки но проигнорировали мои вопросы. Затем в один из дней вообще не работал интернет во всем отеле. 4. Выключали свет неоднократно на протяжении всех 10 дней. 5. Грязно в отеле, потом еще и трубы протянули через все лобби и было неудобно и еще более грязно. 6. лифт не работал 7. В номере было также грязно. Пыль и грязь под тумбами кроватью и диваном. 7. сама мебель неудобная. В большом 42м номере для двоих была очень маленькая кровать. 8. Не было шампуня и Геля для душа. Банки были пустые о чем я сказал девушкам на ресепшн. Но мне так ничего и не принесли. 9. Нет принадлежностей в туалете таких как щетка. 10. Посуда предоставляемая была грязной.

Apt bem aconchegante perto de tudo, bem localizado… a recepcionista Elisa cena Carioca, nós recepcionou muito bem, bem simpática. Quando fomos comprar uma pizza num restaurante próximo o segurança com bastante cuidado, pois já se passava das 22h nos acompanhou até o local. Eu recomendo sim. O ar condicionado gela muito bem , amei

Przyjemne miejsce w niebezpiecznej okolicy

Świeżo odnowiony budynek, czysty, w dobrym stylu. Apartament zawierał wszystko czego potrzeba, pięknie urządzony. Mili i pomocni ochroniarze.

Brak pilota do klimatyzacji w pokoju, po prośbie o pilot obsluga pożyczyła nam pilot tylko na chwilę. Prosiliśmy o wieszaki i nie zostały nam dostarczone. Na tygodniowy pobyt dostaliśmy tylko 1 rolkę papieru, poprosiliśmy o kolejną rolkę, ale nie było takiej opcji. Lokalizacja - jedna z najgorszych pod względem bezpieczeństwa dzielnic Rio, dodatkowo bardzo głośno w nocy, warto skorzystać ze stoperów do uszu.

De exatamente tudo!!! A localização é perfeita, o quarto é grande e bem decorado, tudo muito novinho e limpinho!!! E os atendentes? Todos maravilhosos, alegres, acolhedores e atenciosos. O dia em que cheguei, fui recepcionado pela Elisa!!! Uma graça de pessoa!!!

Não houve nada de que eu não gostasse!!! Talvez seja interessante diminuir o número de mensagens para os hóspedes!!!

Um histórico e surpreendente mergulho na Cinelândia.

Gostei muito do estilo Retro Fit! Ele traz muito mais vida e personalidade para o Airb, coloca a gente em contato com a arquitetura do local e traz um conforto incrível! O local é muito bom, ao lado do metro e o acesso a lojas e restaurantes é uma comodidade diferenciada.

Realmente não tenho nenhum ponto. A equipe estava preparada, explicou que era uma primeira semana de funcionamento e pude ficar muito mais a vontade.
