Saubere Ferienwohnung, sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht.Gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter. Gute Lage, fußläufig ins Viertel Santa Teresa und zur Metrostation Gloria - allerdings muss man gut zu Fuß sein, da es entweder stetig bergauf bzw. -ab geht.
Samstags findet in der, in der Nähe liegenden Favela Baile Funk Partys statt, d.h. laute Musik bis morgens um 8 Uhr.
