Perfect

This place is like a little gem in the core of Sant Teresa. Perfect location to move around, stuff super friendly and great vibes all around.

Nothing peculiar, actually loved every part of it. Only things: during carnival there is a bloco nearby (which is super fun) but for this reason uber might take a while to accept requests.

Great place to enjoy Santa Teresa vibe, but right distance to not to be disturbed by party noise.

It was wonderful!

The staff at Modernistas Arte are lovely and took such good care of me while I was staying there. The hotel is small and has a local feel to it, blending in well with its surroundings in Santa Teresa. Breakfast was wonderful in the garden, and my room was clean and comfortable and safe. I really enjoyed my time there ~ thank you to everyone at Modernistas Arte!

I quite thoroughly enjoyed my stay there, so I have nothing to contribute to this section.

I absolutely loved our stay here and would definitely be a place to return. The friendliness of the home owners and the staff really adds to the experience. The interior is very stylish, also the room is very comfortable, location is also so so good.

It's really beautiful and in a gorgeous neighborhood, very bohemian. The bedrooms were wow gorgeous and such good value

There's lots of mosquitoes- but they provide repellant. A net in the room would be a nice option

Pésima atención

Llegué aproximadamente las 17:30 y lancasa estaba cerrada. Intenté comunicarme con el local por 15 minutos desde la calle, sin ninguna respuuesta. Recien a las 20 hs recibí un mensaje que atienden hasta las 18 hs. Insólito ya que en ningun momento recibí antes alguna comunicacion. Lo peor de todo que me cobraron

Excelente hospedaje

La decoración es hermosa, estuve en la habitación inspirada en Tarsila do Amaral y es uno de los lugares más hermosos y cómodos donde me he hospedado. Además, todas las personas que trabajan allí fueron muy amables conmigo, en especial Antonieta y Aurora. Si bien está en Santa Teresa a pasos de bares y restaurantes, no hay mucho ruido si es que se quiere dormir temprano.

Allotjament bonic al cor de Santa Teresa

Situat a Santa Teresa és un allotjament bonic i únic en un edifici d’acord amn el barri i decorat de manera exquisita per la seva propietària, sempre molt amable i disposada a ajudar amb tot. Una experiència molt recomanable a Río, al cor d’un barri amb molta personalitat i amb restaurants i vida nocturna a tocar. L’establiment però és molt tranquil. El barri també es veu molt segur.

Només cal tenir en compte que no és al centre de la ciutat i que caldrà taxis o Uber per anar i tornar o caminar una mica tenint en compte que hi ha molta pujada.

Bonito pero puede mejorar algunos aspectos

Me gustó la decoración, todo era Arte.

El aire acondicionado se notaba que era bastante viejo por lo que no funcionaba tan bien, y nos tocó una habitación sin ninguna otra fuente de ventilación. Las ventanas no se abrían es más no entraba luz natural por ningún lugar lo que te obligaba a estar con la luz encendida todo el día. La anfitriona no hablaba español ni inglés.

L'établissement se situe dans un quartier très charmant. La chambre est superbe et la déco est originale et très sympa. L'accueil est chaleureux et de nombreuses œuvres sont exposées pour le plaisir des yeux ou pour l'achat. Le petit déj est servi sur la terrasse et est délicieux

Maison d’hôte pleine de charme, dans son petit havre de paix avec vue privilégiée sur le passage du mythique tram de Santa Teresa ! Chaque chambre est unique et reflète parfaitement le côté artistique de l’endroit Parfait pour découvrir ce magnifique quartier

Pas ce à quoi je m'attendais

Quartier qui se veut bobo, tranquille, sympa mais il n'y a pas grand chose à visiter tout près de l'hôtel, sinon l'escalier Selaron qui mène à la cathédrale São Sebastião. Sur le parcours quelques photos sympas à faire. L'hôtel abrite une galerie d'art (pas folichonne à mon goût) Antonietta est une personne accueillante et à notre écoute. Elle nous a accueillis après l'heure. Merci ! pas facile à gérer le timing des bus ! La chambre est spacieuse, décorée de manière originale mais pas fonctionnelle. Les meubles d'art et les objets de déco bien que sympathiques prennent beaucoup de place et ne sont pas adaptés au voyageur. Du coup il manque une chaise et un coin bureau. On peut ouvrir la porte donnant sur le jardininet mais il y a beaucoup de moustiques et très peu de clarté car la chambre donne sur un mur. Donc on la laisse fermée et la chambre est sans fenêtre. De plus cette porte ancienne et très jolie n'est pas isolée et l'on entend le bruit de la rue. Idem à la salle de bains, c'est une plaque en fer posée sur du grillage dans l'encadrement du mur qui sert de fenêtre fermée avec des interstices ouverts sur le jardin, donc beaucoup de bruit de circulation. Le lit est grand et confortable mais le linge de lit sent l'humidité, pas la lessive. L'odeur de l'oreiller est assez inconfortable. Le linge ne sèche pas la nuit mais les serviettes sont remplacées chaque jour et le ménage est fait. En conclusion, il n'est pas impossible d'allier art et confort mais ici, l'art a été primé au détriment du confort du voyageur
