Apartamento incrível, a equipe do prédio extremamente atenciosa. Vista incrível e localização ótima. Eu já quero retornar pra esse mesmo apartamento em breve.

Poderia ter: Pano de Prato, espelho de corpo todo, mais ganchos pra pendurar as roupas. A toalha molhada precisaria de um apoio melhor pra secar.

The location is excellent! The room is very comfortable, silent. All the facilities are excellent. The staff is kind and helpful. I loved the laundry room, and the mini marked for a late snack.

The owner should find someone else to manage his room. B stay did a very poor job. The room was very nice, but not well cleaned. The shower was disgustingly dirty, with black mold in the grout. I also found a dustpan and a toilet plunger forgotten in the bathroom. I called Bstay, and they told me that “she would talk to the cleaning staff because that was not their “quality standard”, but that the dustpan had been left there in case the “guest wants to do some cleaning”. I wonder what’s the use for a dustpan without a broom! And the toilet plunger sends a bad message. Nobody showed up to clean the shower! I did the cleaning myself. Later, she asked me if I wanted to stay longer, and I said I had already found a cheaper hotel. She offered me a “deal”: extra cleaning and and a rate that was 1000 reais more expensive than the new hotel I had found. She tried to offer me, as part of the deal, the cleaning that she had to offer in the beginning of my stay. This room needs a competent management.
