The apartment is fully equipped and has everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable, and enjoyable stay. You'll have spectacular panoramic views of Sugarloaf Mountain, Flamengo Park, Marina da Glória, Praça Paris, Santos Dumont Airport, and will be just steps away from supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants, cafes, a street market, the subway, attractions such as the Lapa Arches, Selaron Steps, the Museum of Modern Art (MAM), the Glória street market, and many other musical, cultural, and gastronomic attractions. All rooms in the apartment have air conditioning. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double-door refrigerator, electric oven, gas cooktop, microwave, cookware and utensils, dishes, cutlery, as well as a dishwasher and extractor fan. And in the laundry room, a washer and dryer. The living room has a 50" smart TV and a speaker to watch your home movies and play your music playlist. There's also a sofa bed and hooks to hang a hammock and enjoy a breathtaking view. The table, designed by Eero Saarinen, offers charm, comfort, and versatility for a coffee or a great dinner. The bathrooms are equipped with "rain shower" showers, with hot and cold water. In addition, in the suite, you can enjoy the view of Guanabara Bay from the shower. The suite has closets and a queen-size box spring bed. The second bedroom has a system 3-in-1 beds that offer guests the configuration of 1 double bed, or 2 single beds, or 1 single bed.

Fabio was a great host. Always communicative and helpful. The flat has been recently renovated with a high design spec. The view is unequalled compared to all flats i was looking at. Walking distance to Flamengo beach. The Gloria/Lapa neighbourhood is fascinating and very different from upscale Ipanema/ Copacabana - full of life, music and local vibrancy. Take advice if arriving on a Sunday because of the large feira (market) on the door step!

The flat was very clean, modern and newly renovated. Fabio was friendly and communicative. Gloria, the location is great for all types of holiday. I was in fact working most of the time but sightseeing also featured largely! The main thing about the flat is the incredible view of Gloria Marina, the Guanabara Bay, Flamengo aterro and Sugarloaf. The vast feira in the area on a Sunday is also a great event.
