We were very comfortable, and there were six of us.
The location was terrific, with a tram stop from the airport right in front of the apartment (final stop) and easy walk to the duomo and other sites.
While the front room was on the piazza, the two bedrooms were in the back and very quiet.
There were a couple of very small issues that was taken care of by the management very quickly.
The two flights of stairs didn't bother us, but could be a problem if stairs cause you difficulty.

Very clean good furnishings some basic cooking necessities provided
Flooring is slight worn and there’s a train station in front of apartment but it’s pretty quiet

Really love the location.
The beds were very uncomfortable. The air conditioning is very bad. The wifi is almost non existent. Which is important for overseas travellers
