David Museum 6 sleeps apartment

Fantastic location across from Academica Museum. 3 Ensuite bedrooms were large and quiet. We were up early so the crowds lining up for the Museum didn’t bother us. Easy walking to main attractions, train station, excellent restaurants, good grocery store about 50 m away. Well appointed with everything we needed / almost everything we wanted for 3 couples. Clean, nice linens, sufficient towels and hangers. Sufficient hot water for all of us - never ran out. Staff responded quickly to questions and an issue with the digital link provided to unlock the main door to the building. Heat pumps / air conditioning in all main rooms - nice to cool down the bedrooms for sleeping. It was hot even in mid-May. As noted there is no elevator, and quite a few steps to the top floor unit. We knew this and it didn’t cause us any issues!!

Concerns / issues: the pull down window screens really need to be fixed/replaced, as we did have some mosquitoes in the unit and mosquito bites. The beds were on the hard side of being really comfortable. No toaster. We did see a few ants in the kitchen but only on one morning.

La ubicacion

En un cuarto piso, con muchas escaleras y sin ascensor. La habitación en el segundo piso demasiado bajo el techo, muchas veces se pega uno la cabeza con la viga del techo. La ducha despegada de la manguera. En la habitacion matrimonial la ducha esta en la bañera pero no tiene cortina asi que se moja el pido muy peligroso para una caida. La tercera habitacion con buen baño. En general es un apartamento que le hace falta ponerle gusto en los detalles y decoración. Solo lo recomiendo por la ubicacion.

Location - Duomo is 10 min walk away; coffee shops 3 min away; David is 1 min away. Three bedrooms with three bathrooms. Very close to shuttle to airport/train station; bus stops also nearby.

Apartment is on the top floor; in the USA, it would be the 4th floor; there are 64 stairs to the front door. Needed more trash cans; only had one good can for entire apartment. Can hear people in line in Academia with windows closed.

La proximité, pas trop de bruit

Les lits et oreillers vraiment pas confortable, et certaines e dans les salles de bain ne fonctionne pas, je suggère si possible d’avoir au moins une bouteille d’eau au frigo pour les prochain visiteurs, les douches aurait besoin d’amour
