Our charming “Gipfelglück” vacation apartment embodies our love for the mountains—both in spirit and in design: Atmospheric mountain panoramas adorn the rooms and have you dreaming of new peaks even as you enjoy breakfast.
A real highlight is the spacious attic above the living room, nestled in a dormer window that extends all the way to the open roof trusses. This unique sense of space creates a feeling of openness, light, and alpine lightness—like a private box seat with a view of the mountains.
The stylish bathroom is designed with elegant natural materials. A modern rain shower, natural stone, and warm tones invite you to unwind—a treat for both body and soul.
From the balcony, you can enjoy the best view of the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains—a panorama that moves and inspires.

Welcome to the Ferienglück vacation apartments—your home for relaxation and enjoying nature in the stunning Karwendel Alps. Our family-run property combines traditional Bavarian architecture with modern amenities and offers you nine individually designed vacation apartments that harmoniously blend comfort, style, and coziness. A special highlight of each apartment is the high-quality furnishings featuring Swiss stone pine and natural materials, which ensure a healthy indoor climate and moments of exceptional well-being. You’ll enjoy free high-speed Wi-Fi, modern flat-screen TVs (some apartments have two), and fully equipped kitchens with filter coffee makers and Nespresso machines. To help you make the most of your active vacation, a small fitness and recreation room, rental bicycles, sleds, and Nordic walking poles are available. You can safely store your sports equipment in the lockable ski and bike garage. As our guest, you’ll also benefit from the AlpenweltCard, which allows you to use buses in the region for free, among other perks. Parking spaces and a wall box for electric cars (11 kW) are available right next to the house—perfect for a stress-free arrival and eco-friendly travel.
