The spacious, natural-light-filled bathroom is equipped with a shower and a bathtub. A particular highlight is the large private balcony, which is furnished with lounge chairs and a table and offers a magnificent view of the surrounding mountains.

Welcome to Haus Kaiser Franz – Your retreat at the foot of the mountains
Our cozy house is situated in a quiet location on the outskirts of Krün, just a stone’s throw from the Isar River, and offers you the perfect starting point for unforgettable experiences in nature. Hiking trails begin right outside our front door, and in winter, the cross-country ski trail leading to the Hofgarten loop passes by nearby. Enjoy the magnificent view of the surrounding mountains and experience a relaxing stay in an idyllic setting. Despite the quiet location, you can quickly reach the center of Krün and take advantage of all the village has to offer.

On-site costs: Payment is due in cash on site or via online bank transfer. A deposit of 30% of the total price may be charged after booking. Cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee of up to 80%. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 9:00 PM. Earlier or later check-ins are possible by arrangement. Check-out is due by 9:30 AM. Later check-outs are also possible by arrangement. Keys are handed over in person or via a key safe. Pets are not allowed. We are a smoke-free home. A crib or rollaway bed is available upon request. A visitor’s tax will be charged separately on site.
