Alpine delight

We had a wonderful stay here! The views are magnificent and it was so relaxing. The staff go out of their way to welcome you! Our room was very comfortable although no aircon.... Cool enough at night even in June. Fabulous breakfast buffet and we got the deal which included buffet dinners too .. really nice not to have to drive those roads in the evenings to find dinner!

Some of the outdoor furniture was a bit tired and couldn't be used, and the dining room was quite hot during mealtimes.... We stayed during an exceptionally hot June so maybe this wouldn't usually be a problem. It's quite a long drive up the mountain road to get there but well worth it!

Everything fine expect lady in reception. She was not kind, and shout for us when we want to sit in tha table for drinks in the evening. We must sit in different place - weird behaviour. In my opinion she is not prepared to service guests.

The location is great, the views from the garden are superb! You can use the public transport for free with the Ritten card which is given by the hotel.

The breakfast is poor and the dining room is messy. We did not like the smell on the corridors (everywhere are parfumed sticks)

When I arrived at around 13:30. The receptionist do the check in and guide me to the room. When we entered, the room was still dirty. He said to me the because the check in time is 14pm. I dont mind as long he said it when he do the check in, i can wait at the lobby. But this is when I got into the room. It’s not acceptable. Internet NEVER work.

Einfach perfekt, herzlichen Dank.

Wir hatten eine schöne Unterkunft für die Olympiade gesucht und das Naturhotel gefunden. Die Lage hoch über der Brennerautobahn zwischen Brixen und Bozen. Für die Anfahrt benötigt man ca. 15 min., man wird aber mit einem sensationellen Ausblick über das Tal belohnt. Die Lage ist einfach herrlich und absolute ruhig. Im Restaurant kann man ein sehr schönes Frühstück (inbegriffen) mit tollem Blick genießen. Auch das Abendessen sollte man sich nicht entgehen lassen. Es gibt täglich ein 4 Gänge Menü zum Festpreis wobei man jeweils zwischen vielen tollen Speisen in den beiden Hauptgängen wählen kann. Das beste sind aber die Mitarbeiter. Wir waren selten in einem Hotel in dem wirklich ALLE Angestellten so freundlich und hilfbereit waren.

Colazione davvero ottima e abbondante, continentale e a buffet. Sauna a nostra disposizione gratuitamente la sera. Camera e bagno ben puliti e confortevoli, ma nella media.

La sauna non era in eccellenti condizioni, dalla pulizia alla funzionalità di uno degli strumenti, in particolare la doccia a infrarossi, che nonostante le istruzioni seguite alla lettera, non n funzionava. Anche il macchinario per le tisane non funzionava e non si accendeva. C'era in generale un po' di trascuratezza. Inoltre la camera era un sottotetto, quindi con scarssima luce e una finestra troppo grande e scomoda che affacciava su un altro davanzale; la vista era quindi un po' preclusa. Supplemento per il cane un po' esagerato: viaggiamo sempre con lui, e siamo stati in posti più economici a parità di qualità dei servizi offerti.

Colazione molto buona e varia (ad eccezione della parte di caffetteria, da migliorare nettamente).

Personale evidentemente in contratto stagionale che quindi presenta parecchie lacune nel servizio. Le statue esterne sono abbastanza pacchiane e inutili, rovinano abbastanza la vista sul paesaggio.

Wie das in die Tage gekommene Hotel an gute Bewertungen gekommen ist erschließt sich uns nicht. Incl dem schlechten Frühstück. Das Bett war grauenvoll☝️die 20 cm Federkernmatratze lag ig einen Holzbrett! Von Natur keine Spur.

Alles! Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis passt gar nicht Trennenhaus unsauber, keine autom. Lichtversorgung, auf den Raumluftflaschen dick der Staub und leer. Billige plastikleuchten am 🛏️. Und vieles mehr
