Proximity to hiking trails and town, good size bedrooms, clean.

The TV was broken and not fixed. One curtain was missing but this was addressed quickly. The breakfast buffet was pricy and underwhelming. The apartment did not have AC, which we knew and normally this would not be a problem due to the high altitude of the place. However, due to the heat wave, the apartment was still a bit too warm for us.

Beautiful village with bad wifi network

The location is beautiful at day time. The accommodation offer free car park and elevator in the hotel. The hotel price is great at that region. Not doubt is worth of money if you check in at day time (with sunlight) and go to bed at 9pm. If you like natural, it is the perfect location for you.

The wifi is awful, The network is weak and you will take more than 5 minutes to open a document of an email. The kitchen is not proper working, The kitchen stoves (4 units), only 1 unit working. The worst part is the unworkable kitchen stove will straight away cut the electricity of the room and it is scary when it happens during night time without light in the room, Besides, no emergency light in the room when it is pitch black without electricity. It is not common sense that the hotel do not provide the telephone in the room to connect with the reception, you can't even find the phone at the main entrance of your building. Imagine if you have any emergency to request for help.. You have to walk to the reception, it is few minutes walk away from your building (is a pitch black road) if you are lucky the receptionist is around during the late night. When you luckily find a receptionist and raise your questions, they will ask you to accept the condition (it is what it is) and suggest you to check in earlier next time to let them have sufficient man power to support the facility of your room. I am speechless, why they have such weak maintenance and hospitality.

Nice and comfortable apartment

We were looking for a hotel for our first night's stay in Bolzano, away from the city. This worked for us. It was about a 30-minute drive from the station. The location is nice. The apartment was clean and comfortable.

Noting really, This place was good for our family. We statyed here for less than 12 hours and didn't expect a fully loaded TV or a working refridgerator.

Plenty of choice for breakfast but not enough fruit. Being Australian really miss fresh milk in my coffee.

The lift wasn't working and we were on the top floor. If my son hadn't been there I couldn't have managed my bag up the three flights of stairs!

What a great retreat

If you're looking for a perfect escape and silence - this is a great place to visit. It has everything you need to relax and have a good time. We did not have the chance to attend the SPA, but it looks like the facility is wonderful.

We were not very happy with how owners treated us when we arrived, but the rest of the staff was super friendly. The WiFi was very slow, but hey - we are in the mountains!

Friendly staff, large appartment and very nice bathroom.

The couch and bed were not very comfortable. There was a large message in the kitchen with fines specified in case it was not left clean enough, which feels hostile and untrusting towards guests. The wifi connection was barely working throughout our stay.
