From the moment we checked in to our departure the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating, truly a ch

Not that it is worth mentioning but the lighting in our room was a bit stark, could have used a side reading light by the side chairs.

Wonderful experience

I had a terrific stay at Hotel Dolomiten. Exemplary service. Katia and the young lady (whose name I failed to get) with fantastic to interact with - very friendly and helpful. I wish I had had the opportunity to stay longer. The breakfast provided was fantastic, and I wish I had been able to enjoy a dinner (but I was late returning each evening). I will be very happy to return one day!

La nostra settimana di villeggiatura presso l'hotel Dolomiten a Collalbo è stata semplicemente perfetta. Dall'accoglienza e gentilezza dei proprietari, alla struttura semplice e curata, pulita ed anche in linea con l'ambiente montano. Il reparto della colazione e della cena inoltre era sempre ricco di proposte genuine, fatte in casa e buone. Abbiamo mangiato molto bene!!! Complimenti a tutto lo staff, sicuramente torneremo a farvi visita 😊

De tudo! Da amabilidade, do cuidado com os pequenos detalhes, tudo feito com perfeição. Adorei o quarto, pelo conforto, pela limpeza, pela simplicidade. A casa de banho estava perfeitamente preparada. As toalhas limpas e aquecidas. O chuveiro ótima regulação de temperatura, caudal e pressão. O pequeno almoço muito diversificado, bem preparado e apresentado com muito requinte. Foi me dada a possibilidade de jantar. Foi um experiência que guardarei para sempre na minha memória. Sabores diferentes mas sublimes e apresentados com muito carinho. O jantar consistia num buffet de saladas/legumes preparados de diversas formas. Depois havia o prato principal e finalmente uma sobremesa. Tudo muito saboroso e apresentado com muito requinte. Em tudo o que faziam, deixaram a sua marca de qualidade. Quanto à localização: excelente! Lugar ideal para quem procura sossego e natureza. Marcou-me profundamente!

ein sehr schönes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem und zuvorkommenden Personal

Von dem sehr schön gelegenen Hotel hat man sowohl von den meisten Zimmern als auch auch vom Restaurant einen direkten tollen Blick auf die Dolomiten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und gibt sehr gute Ausflugs- und Wandertipps.

Peccato che il centro benessere chiuda alle 19:00, per chi lavora è davvero troppo presto!

Vista meravigliosa

La vista dalla camera era pazzesca. La camera era molto bella, letto comodo.

La mancanza di ascensore. Personalmente per quanto riguarda la colazione amplierei la scelta del dolce (soprattutto inserirei qualcosa di cioccolatoso) e magari i cartellini che indicano cosa c'è sul tavolo, che non erano presenti per tutto.

Wunderschöner Urlaubsort

Ein wunderschönes Hotel im Herzen von Klobenstein, mit einem wunderbaren Blick auf die Bergwelt, bequemen Betten und tollem Frühstück. Unbedingt auch die selbstgebackenen Kuchen probieren! Die Lage ist top, mit der "Ritten Card" kann man von dort tolle Ausflüge machen. Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Spa haben wir aufgrund des Sommerwetters nicht ausprobiert, beim nächsten Mal dann...

Tolle Lage mitten in der Natur

Frühstück war aussergewöhnlich und verdient einen Extra Stern. Balkon vorhanden. Direkt im Dorf gelegen. Lage für unsere Durchreise sehr gut. Checkin war freundlich. Checkout angenehm.

Wir haben das Hotel extra wegen dem "Spa und Sauna" gebucht. Leider wurde uns beim Checkin um ca 18 Uhr gesagt die Sauna hätte man bis 15 Uhr anmelden müssen, das stand so leider nicht bei booking. Auch dass man Halbpension wählen kann wurde bei booking nicht erwähnt, erst auf Nachfrage konnten wir dann das Abendessen dazubuchen.

Absoluter Geheimtipp für einen Besuch in der Umgebung von Bozen sowie auch für einen Bozen-Besuch

Uraltes Gebäude mit viel Geschichte und Flair welches top und sehr modern saniert wurde. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit großer Auswahl. Es gab sogar frisch gepresste Furcht- und Gemüsesäfte zum selber entsaften. Sehr gute Auswahl an aufgeschnittenen Obst wie frische Erdbeeren. Die meisten sogar vier Sterne Hotels bieten ein deutlich schlechteres Frühstück. Die Innenstadt von Bozen ist sehr gut mit Öffis erreichbar.

Die Zufahrtsstraße hin zum Hotel ist etwas schmal und etwas abenteuerlich
