Perfection

We recently stayed at Unterhabsbergerhof for four nights. The setting is very picturesque, the house being surrounded by vineyards and orchards, there are a handful of houses, a church, and a tennis club nearby. The garden is dotted with sunloungers and chairs for relaxing after a day's cycling or hiking. And tables and chairs for enjoying breakfast in the morning sun. The house itself has a charming character and is nicely decorated. Our room was simple and very clean. There is an honesty fridge in the dining room, which is well stocked with wines and soft drinks for you to help yourself. You make a note of your room number and what you have taken, and it is charged to your room at the end of your stay. It is a good location for walking, and cycling, routes are very clearly signposted, and without doubt it is a very beautiful area in which to stay. But so much better than the house, the location, and the scenery are Barbara's breakfasts!!!! If you want a grab and go buffet style breakfast, then this is not for you. If you want delicious food that is impeccably presented, that you can take the time to taste and enjoy, then look no further. We were told on our first morning breakfast would be served to us at the table. We started with fruit shots, followed by homemade breads and jams. There was also local honey. Next came the cheese and meat platter, alongside homemade smoked salmon. We were given the option of coconut porridge, bircher muesli, or fruit with yoghurt. Next was an egg dish - either avocado toast with scrambled or fried egg. Or surprise eggs! I won't tell it will spoil the surprise. There was always something sweet to follow. Over the days, we had sweet homemade croissants, crepe with pistachio cream, chocolate cake, French toast with fruit, and apple with poppyseed cake. The pistachio bread is worth a mention on its own. It was truly delicious. This isn't breakfast this is an experience.

What a great little place. You feel like being in a comfort bubble. Never experienced anything like it. The breakfast deserves 5 stars and so does Barbara. She is just one big heart and one can tell immediately, she loves to be a host. Thank you for this wonderful experience.

barbara e klaus ci hanno fatto sentire a casa. due persone dolci e premurose, super gentili e ospitali. la camera calda e accogliente, la colazione eccezionale con varie pietanze tipiche del posto e tradizionali cucinate da barbara con tantissimo amore. la posizione ottima, vicino a tutto e super comoda. abbiamo trascorso quattro giorni favolosi in un oasi di tranquillità e super coccolati. se mai un giorno dovessi tornare per quelle zone saprei dove andare ad alloggiare.

La famiglia che gestisce la struttura è incredibilmente gentile e disponibile, conoscono il territorio e saranno pronti a consigliarvi. La pulizia è superba e velocissima. Letti comodi e temperature davvero piacevoli. La colazione integralmente fatta in casa è fatta con amore e professionalità, consigliatissimo a coppie e famiglie, complimenti ai gestori e al loro impegno.

Wer einen ruhigen paradiesischen Ort mit einem absoluten top Frühstück sucht, ist hier genau richtig.

Die außergewöhnliche ruhige Lage mitten in den Weinbergen. Das schöne geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Der wunderschöne Garten der überall zum Verweilen einlädt. Das traumhafte Frühstück, was aus mehreren Gängen besteht. Brot, Brötchen, Croissants, Marmeladen, Porridge, Birchermüsli, Granola mit Früchten und Joghurt, Kuchen , Eierspeisen, alles frisch und selbstgemacht. Wie kleine Kunstwerke sind die Speisen angerichtet, einfach sensationell . Die Gastgeber und das Personal sind sehr nett.

het ontbijt was top ! de kamer was top ! zeker groot genoeg ! douche misschien wat klein ! wel spijtig dat er geen airco aanwezig was, het was vrij warm op de kamer ! personeel/uitbaters supervriendelijk !

het gemis aan airco in deze warme periode, maar dat is dan ook het enige.

Perfekter Urlaub,

Sehr familiär ; aussergewöhnlich , mit sehr viel Liebe bereitetes Frühstück , rundum eine Wohlfühloase. Der Garten lädt zum relaxen ein. Barbara und Klaus sind exzellente Gastgeber, dem Gast fehlt es wirklich an nichts. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.
