The wifi doesn’t work- the owner said there was an outage but we stayed for 6 days and it’s impossible that the outage lasted so long. There is no wifi at the property, we felt a little cheated. There was no coffee pods or tea or toiletries provided.

The day before we were due to arrive i received an email to tell me that they're was a 'Problem' with the apartment i had booked, which was a 2 bedroomed apartment, but we were being given an alternative one which was just as good. I later found out another family had booked it too.Access to the apartment is through a yard which is infested with pigeons. There was no attempt to clean the yard. There were cases of empty bottles laying around and the bins were covered in bird droppings.We were given a 1 bedroomed apartment with a sofa bed and double bed. One wardrobe with 4 hangers, a broken chair thrown under a desk, an unusable balcony and paper thin towles. The cobwebs were everywhere. The toilet brush had dried toilet paper on it. There were no tea towels for drying up.When i complained we got another room, nowhere near the other, in the main house. Far from the kids. Location was fabulous. The room looked over the square, unfortunately there was only 1 chair to sit at the window.The wifi, as advertised, was not working. I had texts and calls about this as i really needed internet as i was working. I was told the problem was with the connection coming into the building. After 3 days the router was enabled in the apartment, but it still didnt connect. A booster was brought in, but didnt function correctly. I gave up and bought data from Vodafone hotspot.I complained but apart from new towles and a box of sweets, thats it..despite talk of a refund of some days.

Perfect location to visit the Christmas market and welcome the New Year. Close to amenities and the castle. No internet for the entire 2 weeks was problematic. A warning about the courtyard/pigeons would have been appreciated.

This was located in a great area. One of the Christmas markets was just out front and you can see a nice view of it from the bedroom window. Walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and the castle. The property itself is located in an apartment that may be difficult for anyone with mobility issues and is inaccessible by wheelchair, which didn't apply to us but feels important to note. There are a lot of steps up to the apartment which could make bringing large suitcases a little difficult, but we managed. There is one large bedroom and then 2 pull-out couches in the living room area. The bed was comfortable but our family members who slept on the pull-outs said they were uncomfortable. There is a bathroom with toilet in the living room area and then the shower is located from the kitchen. The temp and water pressure are great in the shower. The kitchen is well-equipped and even has a dishwasher. The apartment was clean but not deep-cleaned recently, some dust in corners and under the bed so maybe the apartment is not used often. Overall this was a great property for our stay and met our needs. Nehir was very responsive and sent a very detailed message which made check in smooth. There are 2 nearby pay parking garages and a small grocery below the apartment. This was a great place for our week in Heidelberg Altstadt. Thank you, Nehir!

This apartment was located in a great location near the castle. Lots of shops and restaurants nearby. I went with my older parents who took the main bedroom and I slept on the pull out sofa in a living room area where it had a half bath and TV. I wouldn’t consider it an actual bedroom since it had no door for privacy and was located as soon as you come up the stairs, but it worked out fine for us. There are a lot of stairs which was expected and surprising manageable for my older parents who just took their time. The owner was very communicative and responded quickly.
