The Lodge was comfortable enough for our party of three adults. Two double beds with one being ensuite, the other in the open plan kitchen/living area. All the basic facilities were there for snack type meals. Property clean, fresh looking, and warm. TV's/Wi-Fi etc, etc. Located and enclosed in the private, secluded garden area behind the main property off the Wantage Road. The host was easily contactable by messaging with any requests.
Location of the bathroom meant anybody in the open area suite had to walk through the second bedroom if needing the loo in the night
Noisy pub next door open until 01:00am both Friday/Saturday nights. Be aware.
Apart from that, all good.

The lodge was lovely and had everything you needed for our stay. Really clean and good location for our requirements. Questions answered quickly and the information for check in was spot on. We would definitely return if we are in this area again.
Only slight negative is we hadn't realised there was a pub next door so noise until 1am on Friday and Saturday night but it didn't spoil our stay.
