Greenwood Getaway is half a block from Greenwood Ave which provides great coffee, restaurants, bars, and grocery stores within walking distance. It is also located just a couple blocks away frombeautiful Greenlake and everything it has to offer! We love the place. We appreciated you having some basic condiments and cooking utensils we have stayed in places where they only had 2 plates, a pot, pan and 2 flatware sets. The bed was comfy, nice shower and the rooms were nicely decorated. The only real problem was how small the living room couch and space were. It was hard to get comfortable with two people. Btw the neighbor is pretty nice too.

We absolutely loved the apartment.. it had everything we needed.. especially having a washer dryer! What a bonus! The location was perfect for visiting family but also lots of fun shops and amazing places to eat within walking distance. Walking around greenwood lake is a perfect workout while just enjoying the neighborhood. We would highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!

We used the Greenwood Getaway as our base for a 10-day visit to Seattle. It's modern, comfortable, and in a great location. We were luck to have great weather for daily walks down the street to Green Lake. A nice selection of restaurants and a nice grocery store are steps away. We hope to be back for more extended stays.

The apartment was very nice but quite compact. The clothes washer/dryer was a single device and it was loud and took two hours/cycle. Parking on the street was easy and the location was excellent. The host was helful and friendly.

Absolutely immaculate little place, perfect for solo travelers and couples. I really appreciated the little touches, how easy it was to check in, the keurig, the little kitchen items, how absolutely CLEAN the place is, even the multi-port usb charger in the bedroom. The area was SO quiet and a short drive from anywhere you'd want to go. absolutely recommend staying here!

We had a wonderful stay at Greenwood getaway! Allen and Devon were extremely communicative and friendly, as well as professional. The apartment was just as seen in the photos, very modern and very beautiful. The location is fantastic and the on street parking was easy. The getaway was clean and well appointed. We were so comfortable and could not have enjoyed our stay more. We will definitely be back!

The Greenwood Getaway was so great! It is very clean and well equipped! It’s in a great location - walking distance to some great restaurants! We met the owner upon arrival. He was very nice and offered up some suggestions for a couple of ‘go-to’ spots that were close by. We will definitely be renting this unit again sometime in the future! Thank you for a great stay!

The Manager was amazing! We had record amount of snow and he helped keep all walkways and stairs clear of ice and snow and also helped us get our car out!!!! The place was cozy and spotless! Beautifully decorated! Walking distance to shops, coffee and restaurants! We look forward to staying again!
