I highly recommend this unit in the Green Lake area in Seattle. The location was great, the beds were comfortable, the place was very clean, and the price was reasonable. I would suggest bringing your own toiletries as those were lacking. It was an easy check in and out process, and the host communicated regularly. Bonus that coffee grounds & coffee maker were provided and they allow dogs for a reasonable fee. We had a wonderful stay and would stay here again!

Had a lovely stay in this cozy place. Check in was easy with the provided door code. The stairs down the side of the house though are not friendly for those with mobility issues and there were safety concerns walking down this rugged path at night - having automatic lights installed would be key for safety. Even as 3 people in their 30s with good eyesight it was hard to walk down these wooden and stone stairs with suitcases and no lights. Other than that though, safe location, 2 beds were adequate, check in was easy, had responsive management company when the bottom lock locked unexpectedly and we needed to access a nearby lockbox, etc. Would stay again.

We had a quick one night stay for a work event and this property was perfect! Cozy but perfect for two people. It was nearby all our necessities as well as our work venue which made it quick and painless to get around. The home was super clean and organized, beds were comfy, and directions for access were clear and timely from the owner. We would definitely stay again if we are back in the area for work again!

The space itself and the hosts were great. Homeless people in the park across the street wasn't ideal for running but we made due (typical for Seattle). The issue is that we didn't expect to hear every single thing that the upstairs tenants did and they kept us up well into the night on our second evening here. Wouldn't recommend if you want to get a good night's sleep, walls are paper thin.
