Welcome to our modern townhouse in the heart of Fremont, which is a quirky and artistic neighborhood in Seattle with unique shops, restaurants, and attractions. The home is tastefully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you need for a comfortable stay, and don't miss the breathtaking views from our rooftop, where you can take in the stunning sights of the city and Mt. Rainier.

The home has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 968 sqft. This is a 4 story townhome (including the rooftop) with a few steps to entrance.

• First Floor: Main entrance; bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom w/bathtub & shower. Laundry. Heating only with fan provided.
• Second Floor: Living room with sofa bed that sleeps 2, smart TV, kitchen, dining. Air conditioned.
• Third Floor: Primary bedroom suite w/King size bed. Ensuite bathroom w/shower. Dedicated desk and chair for remote work. Air conditioned.
• Fourth Floor: Rooftop with outdoor furniture and great view of Mt. Rainier

**About the Reservation**
• In booking our home, you consent to completing a third-party identity verification. The screening will have to be completed within 3 days from booking or at least 24 hours before check-in, whichever is earlier, to fully confirm your reservation. You are welcome to reach out to us for complete terms regarding guest screening.
• Cancellation — Policy is upheld strictly. Extensions welcome based on availability. Shortened stays and date changes are subject to our cancellation policy. Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
• For stays longer than 29 days, we require a double cleaning fee, additional tenant screening, lease signing, and a security deposit to fully confirm your reservation.
**Additional Info About the Home**
• This is a townhome and is not handicap friendly. Guests have to be very comfortable with stairs as there are multiple stories. See above for the floor-by-floor layout.
• The regular nightly rate covers 4 guests. Additional guest fees are $25 per person per night, up to a maximum of 6 guests. Please indicate an accurate number of guests.
**About Fees & Pricing**
• We utilize dynamic pricing. This means that booking rates may increase or decrease every day. We do not honor yesterday's pricing.
• Pet fee: Well-trained pets are welcome; We charge $50/night for your pet(s) which have already been included in your invoice if you have selected pets on your reservation.
**House Rules**
• This is a pet friendly home but kindly refrain from allowing pets on furniture/linens including couches, throws, beds, pillows, and towels. Please do not leave pets unattended; please bring poop bags and pick up after your pets.
• Strictly NO parties and events, quiet hours between 10pm-8am, no smoking or vaping of any kind anywhere on the property including outdoor areas, no digital piracy, no shoes in the home. $500 fine per violation.

This was a very comfortable and attractive townhome. The view from the rooftop is amazing with vistas of downtown a Seattle, Mt Rainier and other mountains, The beds are comfortable and cozy and the whole home was sparkling clean. We didn’t use the parking spot but it was easy to park on the street. Check in and check out were easy. The stairs are significant so as described don’t come here if you have any mobility issues, I enjoyed the built in exercise. The bathrooms are well designed and appointed with luxury towels and high end faucets/shower etc. The windows opened to let in fresh air. ( I often find rental properties have a smell and this absolutely does not. We had a great stay overall. We didn’t use the kitchen to do any cooking but for take out and breakfast it was well appointed with dishes and silverware. I highly recommend this townhome.

This is a great property for a small group! There were three of us and it was absolutely perfect. The listing is a little misleading (in a good way)- there are two full bathrooms; one has a tub/shower, the other just a shower (main suite). The property is three floors- main bed is on top, mid is the kitchen and sitting area, and lower is the secondary bedroom. The only slight negative is that there’s not a bathroom on the mid floor. So if you’re hanging out with drinks in the sitting area, you’re gonna have to either ascend or descend a flight of stairs to get to a bathroom. We had a rental car and there’s a tight space to back into but it was perfect for us. It was a short drive into downtown for all Seattle has to offer. It was all of ours’ first time to the PNW, and we were all very pleased with this property. Walked to the Woodland Park Zoo one of the days and highly recommend.

We love this location! This condo has served as our grandparents’ getaway more than once. It is in a nice walkable neighborhood close to the zoo. The condo is well maintained, clean and comfortable. We will keep it in our shortlist for places to stay when we plan our visits.
