Lovely home, very spacious, comfortable beds, and clean. Very nice area to walk around. Restaurants within walking distance. The parking was a little difficult to find since you had to go down an alley that isn't easily visible on the first try. Once you figure it out, it's very convenient right behind the unit.

Just perfect! A wonderful place with a warm and friendly vibe, and a great location to boot. Teresa and Victor are also great hosts. Definitely hope to stay here again when we return to Seattle!

We had a brilliant stay - the pictures are very accurate and the place was spotlessly clean. It's right next to a busy road but was surprisingly very quiet inside. It did also mean that the bus stops downtown were super convenient. Plenty places nearby to eat and drink as well as a grocery store and gas station. There was a problem with the washer/dryer but was fixed. Our hosts couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommend a stay here!

Let me just saw this was one of the better vacations we’ve been on. Location to downtown 10 mins away. Great food and coffee in walking distance, gas station right on the corner. Other than parking being a little tight and mattress a little soft (to our liking) the place was great. Host contacted us a couple of times to make sure our stay was relaxing and our needs were being met. We will definitely save this location for any future Seattle trips in the future. 9/10 rating

The level of cleanliness was outstanding, and we appreciated the abundance of amenities provided. The location is a major plus, with restaurants and, crucially, a coffee shop within easy walking distance. The host was super communicative, ensuring a smooth and stress-free experience from start to finish, including easy check-in and check-out. A standout for one of my friends was the lack of expectation for pre-departure housekeeping, a refreshing change! We also had a minor issue that was addressed immediately and efficiently.Finally, the guest binder with its helpful and humorous instructions was a delightful and memorable touch. We spent 3 days in Seattle at the start of our spring break; this house was perfect for our family of 5. One slept on the couch/pull out while girls shared a bed and we got a room, too. Kitchen was really nice, clean and had all we needed. Check-out in particular was one of the easiest we've had (very little to do, although we always try to do all we can for hosts). Appliances and amenities were newer and easy to use. Dedicated parking was a PLUS. I thought the alley would be tricky to navigate with a big SUV, but we could easily get in/out. Thanks for a great trip!

City Haven II was very clean and comfy. Located in a very walkable neighborhood. We walked to the grocery store and brought back food to cook at the rental. Felt just like home :) Although the street out front is super busy, the house is sound proof. Not only was it quiet, but the beds were extra comfortable- I slept like a baby! The host was very responsive too! We loved our stay!

The only issue we had was with the smart TV, which didn’t work well. Probably needs a software upgrade or to be replaced. Otherwise fabulous!

Teresa's rental truly is a city haven. Her house is well maintained and there was more than enough supplies for the 4 of us. Everything we needed grocery wise was nearby via car and some local grocers via walking. (Local grocer is across a brewery which my husband wanted to try but they were closed. Maybe next time!) Teresa was very helpful in answering my questions and really took the time to research a few things for me. Her decor is beautiful and I just love her and her husbands back story.

Another wonderful stay at City Haven II. Teresa's husband is a Rock Star coming over late at night to fix a minor water issue that arose. Great nearby grocery store and restaurants helped fill our abdominal voids which proved helpful because once there we didn't have the urge to leave. We were all kept cozy by the gas fireplace and felt like we were once again "right at home"! Highly recommend this place for hanging, chilling and its general vibe.
