Property had a full kitchen, however, not within walking distance of any eateries.

Definitely need a vehicle to get around. Steep hill parking is tight

The location is close drivable distance to downtown Seattle and Fremont. Enjoyed that every floor has a full shower washroom. Every room had an extra fan just in case. Lots of plates bowls cups glassware etc.

This location is quite hilly. And the property has a lot of stairs. Would have liked more than a 3in1 in the shower. It was quite harsh on everyone’s skin.

This property is in a beautifully unique area with everything we needed for our pre-cruise stay. We like the neighborhood for its quiet, yet convenient location.

There are a lot of stairs and parking was a little crazy, but it didn’t affect our stay.

The property is mostly as advertised, is clean and well maintained.

I'll start off saying overall, the property was fine. It just had some unexpected quirks that made the stay a little more challenging - which I think is typical of these types of rentals and why we usually prefer to stay in hotels - you know with much more predictability what you're going to get. There are some things I think should be mentioned in the listing. Parking in the driveway is VERY VERY sloped and can be challenging and stressful to navigate - to the point that we wound up just parking on the street which is a bit of a walk away. The parking adjacent to the driveway is ok, but there should be a higher barrier of some kind to make sure a car doesn't go too far and wind up going over the small wall. We had to have someone get out and watch to make sure the car didn't go too far forward when we parked. While technically this house may have 3 floors, there are more levels than that and going to virtually any other room or part of the house requires stairs. This needs to be made clear in the listing. We had one person in our party for whom the stairs were a significant challenge. I know this was not stated as being mandatory, but if you are going to prefer people to not use shoes in the house, that should also be made known in the listing. We did follow this as we wanted to be good customers, and it may not seem like a big deal, but for some people taking off and putting on shoes every time you go in and out is not comfortable and it could possible impact the decision to choose a property.
